We have requested a refund as my cousin could not complete the tour because of her sprained knee that occurred the day before Isaac our tour guide said he would also request a refund for it. I have not yet heard back from you about our refund We only walked 19 mins of the tour. Sue Valentine

St John's is on a hill. There are lots of ups and downs. Our tour guide kept a good pace and was very knowledgeable. We were lucky and had great weather.

The guide didn’t know their stuff and had to read a script. They also walked to fast and hurriedly us along and wasn’t loud enough. We quit half way . Waste of time and money.
