This was my second tour with Ivanka and she is truly amazing. In my opinion she’s the best tour guide I’ve come across in all my travels. She is kind, full of life, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend booking this tour or the Mostar one or both like I did. Both Ivanka and our driver Angel made the experience wonderful. Can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing tour with wonderful guides and incredible natural beauty. We had a wonderful day – it was well organised, interesting with humorous and knowledgeable guides. This national park is a must see – the waterfalls are incredibly beautiful.

Given the price for taking the same trip and returning to the city of origin is about $100 less, having your luggage moved and providing a transfer is rip off, albeit convenient. For $162 I would have expected a smaller group and not close to 50. While Ivanka did her very best and provided plenty of information, unless you were upfront it was hard to hear. She was very energetic and the tour in the park was good. Gray line the company provides this tour from both split and Zagreb and you just switch buses at the national park. The tour guide that took over for Zagreb, Daniella was very lack luster and barely gave an intro or information. Overall things did go smoothly, but disappointed in the level of service for this price point.

Guided tour was good. Lower lakes part could be included in the walk. The walk had whole wooden way, few elderly could not join. This could have been mentioned in the package detail

It das very bad because we didnt see closer the most important : the falls . The guide told us that the time was finished but he took us us to a restorant and we spent one hour eating.

Pros:
- Convenient way to transit from Split to Zagreb
- Lakes tour was well organized and enjoyable.
- Tour guides were good.
Cons: - Overpriced by at least 50-60 Euros/pp for what you get. Even if the tour included park tickets and lunch it still would be a bit overpriced.
- Old squeaky bus that can be a bit cramped that a flixbus is likely to be more comfortable.
Overall: Enjoyable time and got to my destination on time in one piece with all my luggage, but at the current price point I don't feel like it was worth it at all. There are alternative arrangements that can be made much cheaper for similar experience, or if money is not an object can go for a private transport that is much more comfortable with a stop in the lakes for not much more money.

The tour in the national park was great, our guide Barry was really knowledgeable and good humoured. The drivers were great. The vehicles were comfortable.
Note - this tour does not include hassle free hotel pickup in split or hotel drop off in Zagreb. We had to meet at a general location at the grey line office and we got dropped off in downtown Zagreb. There was an older couple on our tour who were also expecting hotel drop off and I felt so bad that they had to carry their big luggage in the heat

This is an amazingly beautiful park!
the bus ride was comfortable
the guide very well versed
we did not stop at air base which is why it did not get 5 stars
wonderful local spot to stop for lunch
then another driver took us to Zagreb-
well organized and driver dropped us at our hotel and offered future help and good suggestions slso!

Nature wonder at its best ! Long trails , aching feet but worth the effort . .
Ivanka was absolutely animated , made us see and appreciate the grandeur of Plitvice Waterfalls .

Great trip travelling from split to Zagreb. Tour guide, Ivanka, was great. The lunch restaurant was excellent, big portion. Ordered one entree that was big enough for 2 people. the smoked pork neck was tasty.

The Plitvice national park is beautiful & the waterfalls are such a fascinating sight. However, due to rain the higher part of the park was closed. Nevertheless the lower part of the trail suffice for a memorable experience.

It was such a great tour. The guide from Split was very nice and taught me a lot about Croatia and I learned a lot. It was great to consider everyone even though there were so many people again. Split to Zagreb will be joined by a final tour from Zagreb.
