Out of all of the day trips our group has done from Croatia, this was by far the best. The guide was excellent and covered a lot of history in an engaging way. The group size was small allowing us to move quickly. The food in B&H was fantastic and well priced. Very glad that we choose this trip and would highly recommend!

This is a great trip with one fascinating destination (Mostar) and one pretty one (Kravice waterfalls). Our tour guide Ela has a great sense of humor and kept the tour running in a smooth organized fashion, the driver (Frane ?) was very good. I could have done without the solicitation of tips, but they both did a great job. Our local guide in Mostar, Ana-Maria was enthusiastic, friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Overall, recommend.

Ela was absolutely amazing in keeping everyone organized and explaining the history of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. I truly enjoyed her thorough insight and lesson. In Mostar you get a guided tour then time to explore on your own. Kravica waterfalls was also wonderful. Just remember to bring cash.

Mostar is amazing, and so was this tour. Going across the border is a bit of a hassle and took almost an hour but that’s not the tour’s fault. The tour itself was amazing. The guides were knowledgeable and the local guide in Mostar was fabulous. The town is very cute and we had a long time to ourselves. Afterwards we went to the waterfall and it was beautiful. Great trip, completely satisfied. Worth the trip and would do it again.

Not my favorite tour I've done. Mostar is an interesting city but I didn't find my time there all that worthwhile. The tour consists of a short stop in a rest stop type town with a historic mosque, a couple hours in Mostar, and an hour at Kravice. I chose this tour because I thought it would be an interesting opportunity to see a bit of Bosnia during my short trip to Croatia. I wish I had just reserved Bosnia for another trip. The experience on this tour doesn't feel that authentic and feels like a bit of a disservice to the country. Mostar is a beautiful city, but it is overrun with tourists (including me). Much of the city was destroyed during conflicts so what you see around the city, including the "Old" Bridge, is actually new. While this wouldn't have been a problem, I felt like the local tour guide they assigned to us in Mostar did a rushed job of explaining the city. I don't know if I can blame the company for this since it might just have been that she was low on time, but nonetheless, it felt like a disservice. The local tour guide spent almost equal time explaining her favorite restaurant in the city as she did about a historical bridge. All in all, I felt like I had spent a lot of money to fall straight into a tourist trap. The drive from Split was about 2 hours and much of that time was silent. I had done a tour to Dubrovnik with another company where the tour guide spent a lot of time explaining historic facts and current events during the drive over. However, there was very little information shared during the drive over. Not only that, the information that was shared was a bit subpar in my opinion. Kravice was also underwhelming at best. No explanation given about how the falls came to be. Where the water comes from. Nothing. Just a "Here's the ticket. Go enjoy." Now the worst part - I almost got abandoned in Bosnia. We had about 2 hours after our local guide left to hang out in Mostar. We were meant to meet back up at the Bell Tower and I was around 8 min late to arriving at the Bell Tower, only to find no one there. I rushed over the parking lot and saw the bus pulling away. Thankfully the tour guide saw me and I was able to get back on the bus. I understand that time is valuable but people are bound to get lost on a tour like this. I didn't even receive a call from the tour guide, trying to find out where I was. I also had no way to contacting the tour guide directly because he did not give us a way to contact him directly in case of emergency. It seems a bit harsh to abandon a guest in another country, without any calls or efforts to ensure their safety, due to a matter of less than 10 min. All in all, I wish I had chosen another company or better yet, taken a separate trip to Bosnia to actually learn about the country and its history.

One day is just too little. I mean Mostar is not a big place, I thing you can absolutely visit it and see the important things in less than one day, but you dont actually get to fully enjoy it. The tour is good, but I would better recommend to spend one night there as well (I didn´t have the time for that sadly).

Excellent day trip. We had a very small group which made it feel more private. The stops were in great locations and the tour of Mostar was very good. Definitely worth the money. Only improvement would be slightly more time in Mostar and Kravice as we came back around an hour early. Leo was a very friendly guide and made us feel welcome. The restaurant in Mostar recommended by the tour was amazing.

Interacting with the people from Mostar to hear that their side of the Bosnia War as well as getting a better understanding of the conflict.
Our driver was Mario and he was great in giving us some of the history as well as why so many people are leaving the country.

What a great day exploring Mostar! Josie was so kind and informative.

I liked the bazaar with artisan goods in Mostar and the ottoman part of town as well as learning about the region. Try the traditional coffee too! I could have done without the other stops. Also the border crossing is somewhat strange...i think the tour company needs to explain it ahead of time more. The guide from the bus was very nice though. Also everywhere takes cash kunas, euros, or Bosnian marks. Tourist areas are totally safe.

We had a great day tour to Bosnia. Mario our guide was very informative; friendly and went above and beyond to share his knowledge of the country and sites and made us feel very comfortable. This tour was the highlight of our trip, it was a culturally enriching experience. Key highlights were Mostar old town; the view of the bridge from Koski mosque and the 45 minute walking tour around Mostar with Amer. Tips: to anyone wanting to do this tour; bring comfortable walking shoes and go early to avoid the crowds.

We had a really nice time visiting Bosnia for the day. Our driver and guide for the day, Mario, was wonderful. He provided us with a lot of information on the area and its history. We also met up with a guide in Mostar who gave us additional background on Mostar and everything that has happened. His insight, passion, and love for his country came through. I left wanting to learn and read much more about Bosnia. Overall, it was a really great day and a comfortable ride to and from.
