Having to pay 3 times the advertised price stated by viator for the entry to the park. We were unaware of this until payment was requested on the coach. It was lucky that we took extra cash with us. Put a damper on the whole experience

Dear Frances, Sorry for the misunderstanding. According to the time of year, entrance ticket prices for the national park change (increase). We get this information later on because the national park does not send us a notification of the change. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience and hope you had a nice time.
