We arrived to split on a cruise and there was no one to meet us at the meeting point. When I called Customed Tours I was informed that they did not receive the tour confirmation and were not able to meet us. We had to arrange a different tour

Jenela was punctual, and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Her English was easy to understand, and she was eager to help with any other information we needed to make our stay in Split enjoyable. As for the walking tour, it was like having a friend show you the highlights of their home town, the story of Diocletian’s Palace was interesting and Jelena had the knack of bringing to life the story of the Roman Emperor from the early 300’s AD.

El tour privado fue excelente y especial, al final del mismo Jelena nos ofreció hacer unas fotos con atuendos romanos completando las historias relatadas dire el emperador Diocleciano. Fue un momento muy lúdico que le sumó la experiencia cultural. Lo recomiendo !!!!
