A very bad experience

I’m afraid this booking turned into a very bad experience for us. We arrived at the pick-up point at 0730 for an 0800 start, as instructed. Your last email saying you were still looking into whether the trip was still on arrived at 0757. I had originally inquired a week before about the possibility that the trip would be cancelled. We had another email from you at 0805 telling us to get ready for our trip. No-one came from the tour organisers. We were never told the trip had been cancelled. At 0800 another person on the trip received a message to say it had been cancelled. We quickly received a refund, but we think you should do more to reassure clients that such maladministration will not happen again. Please also stress to the tour organisers that cancelling an excursion and not sending anyone to explain to the tour participants at the pick-up point is unacceptable. I look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes Trevor Timpson

We had just the experience we’d hoped for. It’s essentially just being dropped off at the different locations and you can walk thru the park or town at your own pace instead of huddled up with 50 other people. The guide got our tickets and onto the boat to get into the park and the. We were on our own. We grabbed a cocktail and some fries and had a nice break from the heat. We had a great time and driver and guide were both wonderful.

This was so much fun! Our tour guide and bus driver were both incredibly kind. Seeing the national park was amazing and the beach at the end was gorgeous! If you're not used to rocky beaches do bring water shoes, though! You're given some great recommendations for places to see and eat, and while you're in the national park and the town at the end, you have a few hours each to go see and do what you would like on your own. I was worried before the tour we would never get any time to explore on our own, but our tour guide just explained where to meet back, gave us some great recommendations, and told us to have fun! During the bus ride we did hear about the area and some of the history.

Beautiful but too long

The National Park was beautiful. Our guide Leo was very nice and accommodating. Part of the problem I had with this tour was that we visited during a massive heat wave which was no fault of the tour Prcompany. With that said, we were all very uncomfortable. The boat which takes you to the park is packed like sardines. No upper level seating was available nor was the enclosed part air conditioned. We had a lovely walk through the park and upon returning to the bus there was no air conditioning. The outdoor temp was 99 degrees and the bus was 90 degrees. Everyone was so uncomfortable. We made a second stop to eat and swim which was completely unnecessary. The guide also did not walk with you and point things out so I'd recommend just doing the park on your own and eliminating the tour all together.

Nina has been the best tour guide I’ve ever had. She provided clear, well-organized guidance, and her sense of humor kept me engaged and made the tour especially enjoyable. Thanks to her leadership, even with a large group of tourists, everything ran smoothly and on schedule. She’s also charming and speaks fluent English—with none of my accent! Meanwhile, the beach was exceptionally clean and fun, with a great water park that my teen absolutely loved.

Krka was beautiful but we were not prepared for a cooler day. It was very cool and cloudy and we ended up being cold, but enjoyed the park. The stop afterwards was also great! Ante was a fabulous guide, giving just enough information without hovering like some tours. We appreciated his sarcasm as well!

The main Krka waterfall was spectacular. The water mill was fascinating. My reading glasses fell off the boat into the lake. Oh well.

I appreciate that the tour was right on time with the itinerary. We had a few people that were trying to push the time but the tour guide got us back on track. The actual park was lovely and I think they do take you to the highlight. The boat ride to start was also fantastic. I think I would have preferred to start with the falls, end with the boat ride and be able to relax in Skradin by the lake before leaving. The food and drink in Skradin is much more reasonable to the offerings near the waterfalls. We had gorgeous weather and, visiting in early April, there was no overcrowding. I also enjoyed a couple of hours in Sibenik. It was nice to sit by the water and relax. Wonderful day.

Our trip started off bad when we missed our tour guide by a minute, my fault for not reading the directions/instructions properly & should have been in the meeting point 30mins before our 8am departure, thankfully the office was nearby and the offered to put us on the next trip if the had space (thankfully they did) The krka national park is beautiful, tranquil & natural, we had a lovely walk around. The boat trip at the beginning was nice, fabulous views. After the national park we stopped at a nice little town with a beach. Had enough time for some lunch and a swim. Our tour guide was lovely, we had a WhatsApp group for our group and was updated on times & meeting points during the day trip.

I would totally recommend this trip, however my rating is low because Viator completely over charge you so much extra! If you buy this trip through the trip companies in split you save so much. I discovers I paid around 50 euros extra…! I contacted Viator to complain but they didn’t offer any refund or good will.. I felt completely ripped off..

Had a really fun and memorable day on this tour! Was easy to find the group, transportation was comfortable, and our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. There was sufficient time at the park and ending at the beach to swim was perfect, as it was a very warm day.

I was concerned about joining such a large group, but the bus ride and boat rides were comfortable. The tour was well paced. Waterfalls were beautiful and I enjoyed being on the beach later. This tour is a very good value for what you get. I highly recommend it, if you have the time.

Sadly, not a great customer experience. We arrived at the meeting spot by the start time only to have been left behind. I asked to get a partial refund back for the park entry tickets and I am having to fight for it with customer support. I heard the fall are beautiful and worth the trip but this agency is difficult to work with.

Best way to see the Falls

Krka Waterfalls is a must visit destination while visiting Split. I booked this specific trip to also visit Šibenik, however we went to Primošten instead. No worries! Primošten is absolutely gorgeous and I loved wandering the town. Petra is a fabulous guide, informative, helpful (I saw her assist so many people, even with bus bookings), and she has a wealth of information. Fantastic trip. Oh! And please make sure to tip your guides!

Had a lovely day trip to the waterfall. We enjoyed the boat trip at the beginning. The guided tour with Nina around some parts of the national park was interesting too. Lots of great photo opportunities. You’ll definitely get your steps in this day for sure! Thoroughly enjoyed our stop off after the waterfall to visit Sibenik - very pretty town.
