Our Driver / Guide (Ala) was a really great guy and very knowledgeable, car was modern and comfortable. The Colosseum was amazing - quite a few steps if you wanted but well worth it. Museum also very interesting, nice relaxing afternoon trip - Highly Recommend

Great informative and prepared. Knowledgeable tour and were also allowed self exploration time too. Previous tours have been with a larger group, first time took a private tour, the private car trip was appreciated.

Alla was a fantastic guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the perfect amount of time at each place and he left us to a bit of time on our own at each place which was nice. We even had our own choice of music for the car journey!

Alaa was a fantastic guide. He was passionate and knowledgeable and a great DJ :)
The tour was nice and relaxed, paced well with no dead time but also no rushing about. I would recommend the morning slot in the summer months as it gets really hot. The amphitheatre and museum are amazing, really interesting and stunningly beautiful. The mosaics in the museum are mind-blowing in their creation and intricacy not forgetting they are around 2000 years old. A very worthwhile trip

We took a private tour of the amphitheatre and roman museum in El Jem by Alaa and his driver. The tour started and ended at our hotel. It was a great experience to explore the amazing amphitheatre, and then we moved on to see the beautiful mosaic floors at the museum. Both locations were quiet, just a few tourists. This is an experience worth taking, and paying extra for the private tour. Alaa was very informative throughout the tour, and gave us some personal time to explore. The amphitheatre is definitely a Tunisian delight.

We loved this trip. Abdallah was a mine of information but also gave us time to enjoy and explore the amphitheatre on our own. The museum was a pleasant surprise too. Amazing mosaics and tranquil courtyards. We had both places pretty much to ourselves. Certainly worth paying a little extra for a private tour. We would not have had the same experience on a coach tour.

Abdullah picked us up at the time and place agreed. The car was immaculately clean and our water was in the back for us. Abdullah was Fantastic and a 5 star gentleman all day (thank you) It made the Fantastic time we had at El Jem even more enjoyable. I would recommend this trip. A lovely half dya out visitingthe amphitheatre in El Jem. Abdallah was great, he picked us up on time, was friendly and a good conversationalist, making for the easy passing of time when driving. He shared some tips, history, and info along the way. Would certainly recommend!

A top class trip, our driver Abdallah, was so friendly and informative, nothing was too much for him. He made sure we got into the venues safely and waited for us outside. It was great to visit without the hassle of getting on the coach with fifty other people. I could not recommend this trip enough, the amphitheatre is stunning, the museum so beautiful and interesting. A must if you are visiting Tunisia! This tour was brilliant. It's was easy and simple. Out tour guide shared some interesting facts to us about the Tunisia during the car journey and was very friendly and helpful. Our tour guide would take us to the entrance of each place and then wait outside whilst we went round on our own. We preferred that as we aren't fussed about the typical tours of the guide telling us about the place, we like learning independently.

Nous avons été pris en charge à l’hôtel par Annis, notre chauffeur pour cette demi-journée. Il nous a offert 2 bouteilles 0,5L d’eau.
Initialement l’heure de départ avait été prévue pour 7h. Nous avons demandé à l’agence via Viator de décaler le départ à 8h, ce qui nous a laissé le temps de prendre notre petit-déjeuner tranquillement à l’hôtel. Nous avions reçu une réponse positive au bout de quelques heures.
Au bout de 1h de route nous avons été amené à l’amphithéâtre de El Jem. Nous avons eu 1h30 pour visiter cet édifice impressionnant. C’est suffisant.
En suite, Annis nous a conduit au Musée archéologique d’El Jem. Un très belle découverte avec des magnifiques mosaïques reconstituées. 1h sont suffisants pour visiter ce musée.
Nous remercions Annis pour cette journée découvert et ces échanges tout au long du voyage.
