This is one of the most unreliable and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They confirmed my pickup location in the morning and told me they would send the pickup time shortly — but I never received it. I reached out to follow up and didn’t get a response from anyone. I called them seven or eight times with no answer. They did call me back once, but hung up immediately after I answered, which felt like it was only done to show they attempted contact. I also messaged them through Viber and WhatsApp and still received no response. It wasn’t until 20 minutes before the activity that someone finally contacted me to say a car would be outside. By that point, I no longer felt comfortable or confident in how they handle their business. The lack of communication and professionalism made me feel unsafe. Based on my experience — and seeing similar feedback from other reviewers — I would not recommend this company.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable! El Guia nos instruyó desde el mismo inicio de la excursión mientras íbamos a recoger los caballos. Nos ayudó pues aunque teníamos niveles distintos (fui con mi pareja) nos dedicó tiempo a cada uno y nos hizo disfrutar mucho tanto del paisaje, la naturaleza y el entorno, como de conectar con los caballos, que estaban bonitos y bien cuidados. En definitiva un must do en Sharm el sheik! 100%
