The whole excursion was fantastic and a fab way to spend your day. Starting off with the pickup which was seamless and on the dot at agreed time. We were all assigned a specific boat and traveled to 3 different spots. Plenty of time at each stop to enjoy snorkeling / diving. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Lunch was also provided and actually quite nice. After coming back we were also promptly taken back to our hotels. All in all amazing experience that is a bargain for the price and what you get for it. Seeing the fish and reefs was a memorable experience.

Amazing day trip mustafa and his team was great definitely worth booking some of the best snorkelling I’ve done the coral is and marine life is unbelievable next I would definitely book the scuba diving instead of just snorkelling

Solid day out on the water. Start with the good things: The men on the boats were very friendly and funny, it was a pleasure to spend the day with them. The boat itself was nice, a smooth sail, spacious, with enough sun/shade spots. The spots we stopped at were very nice, very pretty. The same can be said for the white island. Only negatives were that our driver was late for pick up by about 30mins; and even when he arrived it was not clear at all if he was even for us. In future, the company sign on the dashboard would be very useful. The booking originally said 8am to 4pm but we retuned to our hotel just after 6pm so be prepared in case of this. Thirdly, was the lunch provided, very limited which you could say is a “me” problem, but I’d say they would benefit from a few more internationally friendly choices.

The activity was good. We all enjoyed it . The instructors were great . Food was good . While scuba , felt that they were more interested in taking pics. Only small minus was the exorbitant price for the photos which was 1600 Egyptian pounds for handful of photos..Please keep the price of the photos reasonable.

Nice boat with a great crew

The boat we travelled with was really clean and nice. The captain was great, did a good job. The crew told every important thing we had to know. We had to memorise the name of the boat (La Luna) and that was on of the most important to remember. Although there were many other boats, we did not feel to crowdy non of the places we stopped, since the crew was really friendly, but serious in safety issues. You have to know that at the beginning you have to wait until everybody arrives who will be on your boat and it can take a while. But you can sit down there, rent your life jacket and snorkelling equipments if you want, and buy something. Nothing is obligated. prepare wirth towels and a pullover, it can get chilly because of the wind. The snorkelling is ok, the corals are really nice, but you always have to go after a guy from the crew. The lunch was very delicious, with the serving of the crew. White Island is funny place: a sandy little island, we swam there and photos were taken by a photo guy, if we wanted. The photo guy was correct and was making good photos. We enjoyed the experience, thanks for it and gratulation for the crew! Transportation from the hotel was good, with a kind driver (with stops on the way at different hotels). The transportation back was with a different driver, he was not that kind, but was ok.

First the positives: - Pickup from hotel on time - Spacious and very clean boat with very friendly staff - Tasty food for lunch The cons: - 2.nd snorkeling stop was very disappointing and only 100m from first stop. It was at a tiny pinnacle and it was a "Human soup", very very cowdy. I will for sure use the same company again on my next vacation to Sharm El Shaikh

Very good. Disorganised pick up and when you get to port. Felt abit like herds of sheep. Once on board. Spacious. No sugar free drinks available. Limited to tea/coffee/water and Sugar coke. Overall staff were brilliant. Had a really good, but longer then expected day. Thank you. Expect to pay extra for a snorkel mask and life jacket.

Such a fun day & loads included. The guide and staff on the boat were amazing, and the snorkelling/diving stops are incredible. White Island was busy, but still worth seeing. Lunch was delicious and plenty of it to go around, but I’d recommend bringing a few snacks to have before as that is served after the two swimming stops. We got photos taken by the photographer on board (which is an optional extra), but they came out looking great!

If you want a snorkelling trip look for a specific trip that highlights this, this trip appeared to prioritise divers and then snorkelling . Was informed it was high season so the number of boats surrounding coral reefs are at a saturation point and I’m sure numerous ropes across and secured to reefs is not how we should be looking after this natural asset. White Island add an extra hundred visitors to the advertised photograph and you’ll get a true impression of how your visit maybe.

We had a fantastic day. The trip is so cheap for what you get. We paid an extra $25 and my son and I done our first dive. The instructors were absolutely brilliant (although my ears still haven't popped!). I was panicky, but he totally calmed me and I had a fantastic experience. The boat was clean and lunch was good too. Lots of boats at one time visiting the same places, but that's what happens. White Island was good, but not my favourite part. For the first time, i'm glad I got off to go, but I would probably stay on the boat next time. Overall, an absolutely lovely experience and my 13 year old son loved it too.

Very well organised trip from picking up on time, the communication prior to the day regarding the pick up time and transport back to our hotel. The boat was immaculate and food was very fresh and amazing. We had three stops for snorkeling and diving and even though we didn't dive ourselves we watched how attentive they were with the novices. Not what I was expecting as on the booking it says there will be about 20 people on your boat. What they don't say is there are about 30 to 40 boats leaving at the same time. The snorkeling is short and for me whether it was the wind but the sea was quite choppy and very congested. Couldn't see the white island which is just a sand bank because of the amount of people on it.

An excellent value for money trip. Well organized from start to finish. We were on the Gahna Boat and the team on board were first class. Only advice. Take some cash as you'll need some to pay for pictures and any additional diving if you choose to take up the offer. The boat is in near perfect condition and the kitchen and facilities are 100%. A must trip for all.

The minibus was supposed to pick us up at 8, at 9 it hadn't arrived yet; in our place they had loaded two other people without even checking, we tried to contact the tour operators but they didn't respond (clearly they were asleep...) so we contacted them through Viator and only then were we able to get picked up. The driver was very rude. arrived at the destination things did not improve. all the staff were yelling and treating us like a flock of sheep, i understand their anxiety about losing someone but this was unacceptable. They rushed everything. Plus the boats tied right up to the reef!!!! The white island was full of people. only positive note: the food. If you want to do this tour I advise you not to book this one and look for one with less people and more courteous staff!
