The driver was late to pick us from airport, we had send our flight details earlier and confirmed with company but they arrived late to pick us up

I booked and paid for a minivan considering that it was 4 of us plus all the luggage. It was not a minivan but a regular car. The driver also said for them four people means only four luggage when this was never specified before or during the agreement. We had 6 pieces of luggage in total so because he was taking the “extra” two pieces I had to give him also an extra tip for a 8min ride already paid well enough. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone. I leave two stars. One for showing up and one for waiting for us to leave the airport.

Driver very rude and tried to charge extra cash upon departure I was in communication with him prior to pick up time and agreed with a time he got there 5 minutes early and then said I’m past pick time and tried to pull one over on me

My flight was delayed and I informed the driver well before. The driver, Omar, said to wait the extra 30 minutes I would have to pay 50% more. As my flight arrived in the middle of the night I had no choice and simple accepted.
This was very opportunistic and I would recommend arranging a taxi via your hotel instead to avoid these sorts of tricks.

2 stars instead of 1 because the driver arrived on time. However had a small wait at check out and he was so impatient and rude. I also booked a transfer for 4 ppl so naturally we have 4 suitcases as we were on a flight back to Cairo (Was not asked to specify the number of bags ) The driver arrived in a small vehicle and not th mini van as advertised so we struggled to get the luggage in and instead of being helpful proceeded to take pictures of the luggage and complain and send voice notes to someone. I did message the company to let them know of the experience and received no reply back!

We booked both our transfer to the hotel and then the journey back to the airport with this company. They were prompt to arrive and the cars were clean, air-conditioned.
The only part that was inconvenient for us was that the music was a bit loud and both the drivers taking us to the hotel and then to the airport were on their phones.
I don't know the Egyptian legislation, but that did not make us feel very safe. On the other hand the roads were pretty clear, not a lot of traffic, so it might have been riskier at busier times.
If they could take care of these aspects I would rate them as excellent. They delievered a great service otherwise!

Driver was waiting purse so the airport and wanted us to walk quite a way to get to his vehicle.I couldn’t walk due to my disability so he went to get his car and it took some 25 mins waiting in 38 degree heat before he appeared with a car that was warm and smelling of smoke.Won’t use this service again

Driver is friendly and speaks english. He communicated via WhatsApp prior to pickup to confirm location, flights and time. He was outside holding sign with my name. The odd thing is he leaves for 10mins then comes back to us, takes the luggage and we all walk through the parking lot towards beyond the last row of parking close to the exit back. We thought he went to pick up the minibus?!! We would much prefer the driver drive up to us for pickup. Minibus is clean with a/c.

I booked two times in Sharm el Sheik, from/to airport. All worked fine, the drivers where friendly and on time waiting for us, the cars were much better than regular Taxis and the communication with Sharm Wonders by Whatsapp and phone was ok. It worths the money not to be hassling with the taxi drivers.

Our driver waited 45 minutes for us as getting the queues in customs had been very long and slow. We had expected the driver to have given up on us as we had no way to contact him as we did not have any mobile service. He was friendly and took us to the front steps of our hotel.

chi mi ha preso all'aeroporto è stato gentilissimo e puntuale. mi ha fatto salire su un van pulito e ordinato (come da prenotazione) e anche il trasporto è andato benissimo. dò 3 stelle perchè, arrivati al resort, il tassista, mi ha fatto leggere un whatsapp dove si proponeva per non farmi sentire sola durante le mie notti. sottolineo che ero con i miei bambini.
per il resto tutto bene ma valutate bene da chi fate accompagnare i clienti. questo è il motivo per cui ho poi disdetto l'escursione.
