Although booking was done and confirmed via Viator and all details were entered at the booking stage I received separate message asking for the same info. I replied at earliest I had access to internet. No pick up was organized and next morning I received message asking if I managed to move from Airport. Very unprofessional attendance to the communication during travel time. This type of service providers lover Viator standing as well. I travel often and use Viator frequently - we ended up paying more for very unconfortable transfer. I could have organized same service through dozen of other service providers. At the start of a holiday not happy at all.
