Best experience had the chance to ride buggie and quad I went on with guide Kabo who drove on 2 wheels it was fun me my children and grandchild absolutely loved it my daughters and grandchild went on a camel an enjoyed the experience
Timo is the guide that came with us he is very friendly and made the trip as confortable as possible.
We were extremely disappointed with this excursion. The quad bikes were very old, and the overall organisation was poor. Basic facilities were lacking: there was no drinking water, no seating area while waiting, and the baggage storage room was completely out of order. Additionally, the restroom facilities were dirty and lacked running water.
The operators were constantly rushing us and didn't even allow us time to take photos. Overall, it was poorly managed and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this tour at all.

Our quad bikes and buggies are modern, well-maintained models, and we regularly inspect and maintain our vehicles to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
Regarding the waiting area, a Bedouin tent is an essential part of the experience, where guests can sit, relax and enjoy traditional Bedouin tea during the program. Drinking water is also available at the center, along with cold drinks upon request, as providing refreshments in the desert is an important part of our guest service.
We are also particularly surprised by the comments regarding the restroom facilities. The restrooms at our center are cleaned and monitored regularly, and our facilities are subject to routine inspections and hygiene requirements by the relevant tourism authorities.
As for photography, taking photos is absolutely part of the experience. Guests are given sufficient time at the designated stops to enjoy the scenery and take photographs, and our team does not pressure guests to rush through these moments. We always aim to balance the schedule while giving everyone enough time to enjoy the experience.
We fully respect that every guest may have a different personal impression, and we are always open to constructive criticism. However, we also believe it is important to provide accurate information, particularly when a review makes multiple claims that are inconsistent with the facilities and standards actually provided at our center.
Our priority has always been guest safety, service quality and a positive experience, and we continuously work to maintain these standards.

Kabo was our guide and was great, really helpful, lots of fun and helped take some great pictures! Went with my son on the quads and the views were incredible, a really good day all round
Experience wasn’t too bad but they force you to give them five star while we are there and camel ride was only for few seconds, they force you to buy the photos which cost you lots of money
After camel ride they give you water bottles which we don’t want it we’ll still have it to us and asked us to pay them extra 1 small bottle $3 each and they do have contact less machine at the dessert, people were complaining how can you get all these facilities here middle of no where
So I will say if you book anything like that keep extra cash or credit card with you because they love foreigner and ripping us off

The leader of the group wanted feedback from people at the end and he wanted to take a photo of your feedback to send to his boss. It was only then once people had given the feedback there and then, we went back on the bus to head back to the hotels! Bad customer services!!!!
