The hotel pickup was well organized and on time, with smooth communication via WhatsApp. The staff were friendly and helpful, including assisting us with wrapping our scarves. The experience itself was enjoyable, especially the stop at Echo Rock and the camel ride at sunset, which was truly magical. Visiting the Bedouin camp was also a nice touch. However, the ride felt quite slow as the group moved in a single-file convoy behind families with children. Toward the end, there was also too much pressure from multiple staff members to leave a review, which made us uncomfortable. Since we didn’t choose the dinner package, we were taken back separately, which actually turned out to be a highlight as we could finally drive faster. Still, it seemed this situation wasn’t fully planned for, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for transport back to the hotel. Overall, a nice experience with a few downsides—mainly the slow pace and the really pushy requests for reviews.
