My quad Bike kept on turning off every minute, I asked them il pay extra for a buggy they said they where booked out but then gave 2 ladies the buggy when they quad Bike stopped working the quad ride was 30 minutes all together and the tea was litrally rushed we had tea sat for 10 15 minutes at the most and that's it all over

We had less than an hour on the quad bikes, and spent most of our time waiting for a cup of tea. The bikes weren’t in a good repair- my brake didn’t work at all. And we weren't get given crush helmets. The guides didn’t care much about our experience. Since they didn’t do anything about a slow driver that held most of the group back. Most drivers got fed up at the end, and just over taken her. But they were stopped and held back to wait for her to catch up. We wasted a lot of time that could have been spent exploring the desert

I’m very sorry that you had a bad experience. the trip includes transportation from / your hotel tacks 2,5 hours. So it’s - 20 min from your hotel. - 20 min preparation. - 1 hour driving - 30 min ( tea at the beduens ) - 20 min to your hotel. Bikes are all working and in all trips we have 2 spare . Just in case if any thing . We change you the bike immediately to continue your trip. - we make special exception to you that your child can drive alone the bike. - I also try to connect you after your tour to check that all is fine but you didn’t answer. - we are inviting you to try the tour again as a private for free. Because our goal is to make you happy. I wish you accept my invitation
