We have a layover in Incheon airport and decided to take advantage of it. We were so impressed with Seoul and our tour guide that we will come back and make a trip just to there. The tea house he took us to was the best experience.

Moises was a wonderful tour guide! He gave us enough history to better understand the country and the culture. He is very experienced. Knew where to get the best, authentic Korean street food. He was considerate to the interests of his tour group, extremely knowledgeable and seem to know everyone. We travel regularly and he is one of the best your guides we have had anywhere. I would highly recommend him and will look for Mortour tours in other destinations.

I had a terrible experience… I had a situation happen and told the tour guide I wouldn’t be attending. My situation was resolved and I tried to contact the tour guide to ask if I could still join. The tour started at 9am and I texted her at 9:50… I told her I would be willing to meet with the group wherever they were on my own. She saw my message but did not respond. Later I called to ask for a refund and they told me I was late.. and that it’s my fault I missed the tour.. like wtf? If I’m messaging you to tell you I can meet the group on my own.. how is it okay for you to deny that? It’s not like I was asking to be picked up.., overall the way this situation was handled was terrible.

I think so you booked with another company due or tours start at 11am this is not related with our company or tours. Anyways, I am sorry to hear that.
