Nusa Penida’s waters are known for manta rays. Manta dream come true

This was an incredible experience all around. The company was communicating since I booked the experience so all of my questions were answered. Tomato was our driver and very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and travel. He made the car ride to the trip extremely informational. Then Gede /Benne was our snorkel guide and took the most impressive photos and videos for us with the Mantas. 10/10 would recommend this experience!!

Our driver Erba was awesome. Very safe driver and helpful with any information we needed. We loved the snorkeling even though the waves were too big to get out to the manta rays. Second snorkeling spot was the better of the three and managed to see three turtles

Not worth the amount charged

Not worth the amount paid. Not even close. From the start it was a disaster - they ask you to choose a time you want to start and then completely ignore the request and make you start an hour earlier than preferred. They say the trip is approximately 8 hours but in reality it is only around 5-6 (incl of travel - 15 min snorkel at spots only) wayyy to over crowded therefore there isn’t much to see - saw more people than what you do fish. The food is a disaster. Looking at the trip as a whole it is more cost effective to organise the trip on your own as it would come to much cheaper than the total cost asked. Proper scam in my opinion. Only positive was seeing one turtle and the staff/ assistance are friendly.

beautiful water, nothing special for the price

The snorkeling portion with Eka was great! We didn't see any Manta Rays or sea turtles but it was a great day in the water, lots of fish and coral. it was nice having hotel pickup but my driver wasn't very friendly/didn't offer much information but he said he doesn't normally go on the ferry so maybe just an off thing for him. It was with Forever Vacations and I talked to another traveler who has greatly enjoyed multiple experiences with that company but I think it was way too much to pay for USD $200 for half day of snorkling when the trip I wanted to do (full day, half snorkeling and half driving to sights on Nusa Penida) was half off that and unfortunately for me was fully booked and I booked this so I would not not miss out on the opportunity to snorkle

My partner and I had a great experience with the company that runs this snorkel tour. We were actually trying to arrange everything ourselves (originally), but trying to figure out the commute to the port, the fastboat, which snorkel company to go with… it got overwhelming. Forever Vacation made it all so easy and convenient; and the guides were super friendly and accommodating. We didn’t end up seeing mantas that day, but they’re wild animals on their own schedule! The trip was still worth it since we saw so many beautiful fish and coral, and two sea turtles. We also loved the Go Pro footage we received at the end. Would do another tour with them when we return to Bali!

Great day out on the water

We went on the snorkelling trip this week and stopped in 4 different spots off Nusa Penida. We were picked up from our hotel by Feri who was a brilliant guide for the day. Friendly, funny and helpful. We were lucky enough to see mantas, turtles and loads of different fish out on the reef. We had lunch on the island before taking the boat back and sharing some of our favourite tunes with Feri on the ride home where we were treated to a little karaoke session in the car! We would definitely recommend Feri and his company for any future trips in Bali.
