Mr. Arya was absolutely phenomenal. We were picked up timely from our hotel in a nice air conditioned vehicle that smelled sooooo good, was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Arya, and offered bottled water. Mr. Arya was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on various aspects of Bali making this a fun and educational experience. We were drove safely in rainy weather to each destination and Mr. Arya always ensured we had umbrellas to stay dry and assisted us as needed. This was a great tour and Definitely would book it again and request Mr Arya. We had a fantastic day on the Bali Instagram Tour! Our guide, Margot, was exceptional. He was punctual, provided a comfortable vehicle, and was incredibly talented at capturing stunning photos of us. The Gates of Heaven had a long 3hr queue for a photo , but Margot skillfully navigated us to other points at the temple for equally great photos without the wait

Pakis was a great guide and driver. He was very nice and took the best pictures and videos. There is alot of traffic so you have to be patient and the most popular areas there is a queue for photos. We waited 4hr for Gate of Heaven photo but it was worth it. We didn't make it to the cave waterfall but we still had a great time and got nice pictures.

On the way there we asked to stop to eat at KFC as it was 730am and I am not a breakfast person. He just kept driving and Im glad I looked it up or we would have missed it as I'm not sure where he was trying to go. Then he kept trying to make us eat at these expensive tourist places and I told him 5 times we wanted local warung where it was $2-$3 to eat. He refused and tried to argue that everywhere was expensive so we had to eat chips to make my hunger headache go away. He was very rude and didn't listen to the request that were well within our plans. We listed on our reservation we don't eat carbs such as bread and rice for which he kept taking us to and they had no meat as well. It was an absolute nightmare and ruined my birthday trip here as this was supposed to be my top tour I've been waiting all my life to do. I'm not sure if he gets a kickback or something for the places he tried to take us but he kept trying to argue that everywhere was the same price when it was 3xs the cost than the warung we normally eat at. I felt sick and irritated the entire trip because he refused to stop and let us eat what our dietary restrictions allow. Then the listing says approx 9 hours. He kept us out 14 hours! He picked us up at 730am and we did not get back until 930pm and that was asking him to remove 2 stops so no telling how long it would have taken. Then there were places we had to pay that we weren't disclosed in the description. He then made a comment saying call me Ariya as I call you your name, I never called him anything so I'm not sure what he meant but he was the rudest person I've encountered from the 8 other countries and 48 states I've visited being a truck driver and traveler. I'll never book here again and I'll be sure to make a video on tiktok and tell every traveling group I'm in to steer clear of this place.
We returned Hungry, sick, and beyond disappointed in this trip. Book ANYWHERE but tour bali driver!

Margoout was an excellent guide, I had a great time and he took me to the places I liked. he was very patient and drove many hours, without hesitation, always with a smile!

Omg this was the BEST tour ever!! Budi was my guide and he did an amazing job. I am a solo traveler and He always made me feel very very safe/comfortable. He even didn’t mind taking some pic for me. Supri was a great guide. He went out of his way to make sure we got the pictures we wanted. Our day trip was supposed to be for about 8-9 hours, but ours took almost 13 hours! Supri always had a great disposition and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Loved this tour. It’s prob the best one we’ve been on in Bali. Arya our Tour driver planned the itenery very well so that we don’t waste too much time in queues and traffic. Arya was excellent with his knowledge of the Balinese culture. Had a wonderful day going to places that we wanted to see in Bail and our photos are amazing!

We had an awesome day sightseeing a lot of the Island. Our guide, Arya, arrived on time to pick us up at out hotel lobby and quickly learned our names (4adults) and offered cold bottled water. He took us to each tour spot while explaining bits of Bali’s history, which made the travel very pleasant.
My only complain is that the dressing rooms and toilets at the cascade are very dirty, we changed our clothes outside them.

Wow what a brilliant day! We booked this tour before we travelled and we’re so excited counting down the days. The communication from the company was brilliant and Arya our tour driver messaged us te day before and morning of to run through info with us. What can we say… Arya was amazing ! His knowledge of his beautiful island was first rate and you can tell he really enjoys his job. He took us to such beautiful places and took lots of pictures for us.
