Wonderful trip and great driver/guide

Our driver/guide Mr. Agung made it a great experience for us. Such a wonderful and friendly person, and a very safe driver. We loved the tour with him. We got to watch dolphins at sunrise. Yes, it gets a bit crowded with other boats chasing around the dolphins too. But be assured that you'll get to see dolphins and you'll be able to take good photographs of them too (without the other boats being included in the frame). At the end of the trip was a nice buffet lunch (already covered in the price), which included all cuisines - Asian, Italian, western, and Indian. It was a very filling lunch. Overall a very pleasant experience!

It's a good trip, they covered all entrance and parking fees as mentioned. Dolphin safari is crowded, with other boats from other tour operators also chasing around the dolphins. But then, you'll get to see dolphins. So, choose accordingly. Handara Gate is a bit overrated. Rest of the places are good. And the buffet lunch at the end of the tour was very good! Very filling. Indian, asian and western, all cuisines were there for the lunch. The driver - Agung- was a nice helpful man, too.

Rip off trip

To start with our driver was DANGEROUS ! Over tired nearly asleep at the wheel swerving around mountainous roads and driving crazily fast. We arrived late, the last boat out and then the first boat back. The boat captain was nice guy but then charge us to be taken to the snorkelling area we had to pay extra to feed the fish! After leaving the beach we headed towards the 'gates of heaven ' here the driver refused to pay car parking fees so we say in the car and 'sees them. Next to the temple on the lake after driving straight past the.monkeys ! . Again driver did not pay admission for us to go.into temple but we could walk around e the gardens ,then we were given 500 rupeer to pay for a terrible buffet that cost 120rupee r per person. This trip states things included but nothing was apart the trip out to sea. We have gone on a number of trips in Bali but this was a complete rip off and would advise people to not book it. It could cost more than money with this driver if he did fall asleep at the wheel. See if the dolphins is wonderful and worth it but to with someone else

Regarding our driver driving during the tour, from your hotel to Lovina Beach is mountain area and our driver will not driving fast as you mention. 2. In Lovina beach there is a boat community where after one boat out with their guest another boat will come to take another passenger. 3. At Handara Gate this place is become famous on Instagram and it was true is difficult to find a parking park, is not mean our driver do not know the parking fee, all our driver know the parking fee is IDR 30,000 per car 4. At Panca Sari Monkey Forest which is not part of the itinerary there is no parking fee in this area 5. The buffet lunch that we serve during the tour for you, our driver inform you if he will pay the bill of your lunch but you forget if the beer or soft drink that you take is not include from the price. This is we already mention at our page on Viator Please let us serve you back as we committed with our team to keep fulfilling guest expectation like you even better in future.

The dolphins and sunrise were amazing but the rest of the trip is a waste of time and money. Opt only for the dolphin tour next time.

Seeing the dolphins was lovely. I went with this image of watching them play just off the boat. Instead there were 50 to 100 boats all chasing them around. I guess they wouldnt come to the bay is they were distressed by this. The additional bits to the tour could just be left off. The lakes didnt really add anything to the experience. Handara gate has the sun directly behind it at the time you arrive making decent photographs difficult. The rest of the tour is a little chilly as you are at altitude so would recommend a light jacket.

This tour was great, lots of scenic and breathtaking views with lots of culture and history. The sunrise dolpin watching was the highlight of the trip for me, was beyond beautiful. The whole tour was great and eventful overall, would recommend to anyone.
