This is a great morning hike with spiritual blessings and great history on the area. The total hike is roughly 2 hours, there are some steep hills and some of the trails can be washed out so I suggest good shoes. I am 55, out of shape and made it in slides. I do not recommend doing that, wear good walking shoes and be comfortable walking up hills. Jair and Santos are amazing and gave us so much history and spiritual information, this is a great way to spend the morning. And, breakfast at Chapman’s was amazing. Great experience, would definitely do this hike again.

Great hike to the different cultural spots with an indigenous guide and translator. Highly recommend. Make sure you are wearing good shoes as some parts are quite vertical.
