If the pickup information is incomplete or incorrect, or the operator cannot contact you, the service may not be provided as scheduled. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Tickets, boat rides, meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included. If the driver-guide enters paid attractions or joins paid activities, guests cover their fee. Free waiting is 30 minutes. Overtime costs JPY 5,000/h. Overtime: JPY 5,000/hour for up to 14 seats; JPY 10,000/hour for 18- or 44-seat vehicles. For 18-seater Coasters and 44-seater buses, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time are non-refundable.Other vehicle types and regular products follow the general cancellation policy, under which cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
