Roy Aoki was very knowledgeable about Sapporo and helped me plan a custom trip suited to my needs. We were able to walk around Sapporo in refreshing weather, visiting the Sapporo Beer Museum, Tower 38 Observatory, Odori Park among others.
The tour guide Roy Aoki also spoke excellent English and we were able to discuss many things about Sapporo

We had Kumiko as our tour guide and we loved our tour. We went to Maruyama Park /Hokkaido Shrine, took a taxi to Odori Park and she took us to the lilac festival to experience the food there. She went above and beyond as a guide and we had a nice and long chat with her about culture in Hokkaido - she lived just about everywhere in Japan.

Our guide Mr,Tamaki Yakuwa (Tom) is very efficient and good knowledge of the city history of Sapporo. We had enjoyed a great day going around Sapporo. he was very helpful with navigating the subway system to find our way around and also figure out the best way to get to New Chitose airport from the hotel. very appreciate to him. Would highly Recommend it.

We had a great walking tour of Sapporo with Kumiko! She was an excellent guide and we enjoyed the fun things she planned for us. From a traditional Japanese Okonomyaki lunch to the Sapporo Beer Museum tasting various varieties. A great time and fun experience for everyone, thanks Kumiko!

Wake-San was absolutely amazing! She is so informative, kind, patient, family friendly. She took us to see so many interesting places in Sapporo and explained interesting facts and tidbits. She is also very knowledgeable about food, which my teenager foodie daughters appreciated! Highly recommend!

Sapporo is a beautiful city and our experience with Kumiko-san really brought it to life! She has extensive knowledge about Sapporo's history and she explained several concepts clearly and openly with us in English. We learned so much from her! Kumiko Nakamura is simply fantastic. She provided us an excellent tour of the area and provided expert knowledge. She is personable, friendly and a superb guide. We enjoyed the Seafood market, Sapporo TV Tower and shops of the area to name a few.
