Jun-san was very knowledgeable about the forest trail.
He was also very polite and would stop for breaks once in a while.
During our trip, we were able to see two owls and a snake! He said we were lucky to have seen owls during our trip.
He drove us from our hotel to the forest and then back to the hotel.

Refreshing mountain bike ride in the forest! Jun, the organiser, was very accommodating. He shifted the tour to another day because of inclement weather.
Beautiful scenery! Trail is just right for us with low to moderate skill level, , GIRO is a very pleasant guide, who allows several stops for taking photos.
Awesome experience Forest bathing in this beautiful forest - good workout, gorgeous views, one of my favourite things we did in Hokkaido in July. Ju was great - he’s quiet but knows his stuff and kept us safe. Highly recommended. Some parts slightly challenging on mountain bike but very doable. Highly recommend for a morning out!
I am not an avid mountain biker and so I was apprehensive about the level of difficulty, especially the downhill part as I dont like too much speed on descents. Safe to say, this was a good trail for a quiet and comfortable ride in the forest. I liked it very much!!!

very peaceful bike ride with lots of birdsongs to listen to along the way! very easy trail for people who aren’t too confident on bikes and not many hills either.
Very peaceful ride through a nature park. Good trails that were not too challenging but still felt like a work out. We really enjoyed it. Definitely a different experience than the usual city tour. Recommend if you are looking for a fun activity not too far from the city and not too challenging
This was a wonderful experience in a truly breathtaking Nopporo Forest Park. We did this activity as a family of four ans our children (11 and 13) had a fun time. It is around a one hour cycle and at times it’s steep and challenging-so you need to be experienced and adventurous to fully enjoy the activity. The tour guide picked us up on time, had the bikes on the car and ready to go in no time so it was all around a worthwhile half-day trip. Arigato gosaimasu Jun.

We loved this tour! Giro picked us up at our hotel and drove our small group carefully to Nopporo Forest, where he outfitted us with bikes, helmets and gloves. He explained the route we would take and lead us as we began a wonderful trail ride through the peaceful and beautiful forest. We were surrounded by beautiful greenery and trees and our ears were filled with the sounds of birds and cicadas. It was a fun ride which included a few uphills, but overall, it was very relaxing. We took a few breaks to admire the scenery and even caught sight up a paid of Ezo deers! Giro was a thoughtful guide who made sure everyone in the group was comfortable. He even gave all of us a souvenir retro cycling cap!
Would definitely recommend this tour as a way to enjoy the beautiful Hokkaido landscape while getting in a little workout too. We would do this again!
Wonderful easy ride in nature. A great Japanese experience- a zen relaxing and quiet ride in the forest with a kind guide. Jun did everything and even provided cool hats to wear under the helmet. Great for families with kids. My three teenagers loved it.
Aside from the awesome trails being manicured and clean, our trail guide was so nice and accomodating.
I went there in mid October and was expecting to enjoy the changing leafs of the forrest (momiji). Because of the hot weather this year, it was about two weeks too early, so we hardly saw any of autumns beautiful colours. Anyway, even in green, the trip was a nice expirience and I had a good chat with the guide Jun. The provided equipment (bike, gloves und helmet) were in top condition! A big complement to Jun! I have done a lot of paid outdoor activities, where sometimes the material was in bad shape.

The tour was with one other person. It was about 1/2 hour drive to the park. We did about a 12K trail ride. Nice amount of hills, nothing too hard. It was a great time.
I really enjoyed this bike ride through Nopporo Forest. Jun was a great guide. I am a beginner and was able to complete the tour with moderate effort. The forest was beautiful. Take note that there is about 15 min of climbing but it is doable.
I liked the actual bike path. The guide was polite and punctual but hardly spoke to me and it felt like a silent trip. The trip Is overpriced for what I got

The guide is so nice. This is a good biking experience for beginners. The place is so perfect we could breath in fresh oxygen
This was the highlight of the trip. Jun was a great guide. We chose the easier trail but would be up for a longer ride on our next trip. The forest smelled of pine trees and an amazing flower. Mountain biking allows one to go faster than the bugs so they only land on you when you stop! This trip lasts about three hours including transportation from hotel so there is plenty of time to do other activities on the same day.
Had lots of fun, this tour is suitable for anyone. Thank you!
