This was an amazing tour. Mai was Knowledgeable and personable throughout the walk. Her English is very good. The sights were really beautiful and visiting the small villages is a wonderful cultural experience.

Chu was a great guide on our walking trip. We didn't want to take the car back as it was only 7km until that point so Chu guided us back to our homestay which made it an 11km round trip tour. Beautiful scenery on a sunny day. Chu shared lots of knowledge about the people living in the different villages, their culture and the nature around us. She was also great with our 3 year old son.

A long route that includes a 12 km long mountain climb. The guide did not explain the rice cultivation and at the end the food was mediocre. Only suitable for young people in good shape, which is a shame.

We loved this day! It was so much fun trekking through the rice terraced fields and villages. Chu was a wonderful guide. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed spending the day with her. The scenery was beautiful and lunch was great.

We had a wonderful day with Sang -our guide-, if you have one day in Sapa, do this one. We trekked together through the rice fields and she explained to us a lot about the culture and the life in Sapa. In Addition to that she answered all our questions and had a good sense of humor.
The hike is moderate and not suitable for people with mobilities issues.

I had a beautiful day of trekking across the rice fields and small villages around sapa.
We were only 2 people , me and my friend , with our guide shu. She had been lovely, giving us some insight regarding the culture, rice plantation and the nature.
I can only highly recommend this tour if you wanna discover sapa !

Our tour guide Vang was superb! The trek was the best day of our trip. Vang was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions. We were very lucky to have the tour to ourselves so it felt extra special. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this trekking tour! Our guide, Du, was very friendly and experienced. The rice fields were stunningly beautiful and the tour was well-paced. We also saw so many adorable animals along the way (oxen, ducks, chickens, dogs). I would consider the level of fitness required medium, but navigating the muddy slopes was definitely challenging! Thankfully, Du and two other guides were there to give us a steadying hand when needed and they are very strong and stable! Lunch was delicious as well. Overall, a great time!

Great treking tour. Our guides Chinh and Lucy were amazing and helpful the whole way. 12km trek. Make sure you have good shoes incase trak is wet. Treking boot’s recommended. Amazing views and insight into the Hmong people. 10/10 day trip for treking

We really enjoyed trekking through the rice fields. The views and mountains surrounding us were beautiful, but we feel we didn't benefit much from having a guide. She was very nice but didn't offer much information unless we asked. While we saw many people going by chatting away with their guides, we felt we would have had the same experience if we only had a map of the way.

My partner and I completed the tour with Chu. We were in a group of 5 participants, which is a good size. The landscapes were stunning and we learnt so much from Chu about Hmong life in the villages. She is so knowledgeable and given she lives in one of the villages, can speak authentically about life in the villages. The walk was 6 hours, we are of average fitness and survived (although with sore legs the next day). Yes you climb up a rice paddy and it’s not easy but it’s absolutely worth it and should be do-able for most!
A must when in Sapa!

We had a fantastic trek with Mau. We had our 12, 11, 8 and 6 year old. We walked about 6 miles and she was so sweet and patient with them. They loved every minute of the trek, seeing the animals along the way, and walking through the nature. This was without a doubt the highlight of our visit to Sapa and probably Vietnam

Wow! What a great day this was. Our guide Sang was waiting for us exactly where we had organised. Her English was very good and she was very generous with her knowledge. It was such a beautiful trek through the hills and the down into the village where we had a delicious lunch. Be prepared for the kids to want to sell you their goods but why not they’re pretty bags & key rings and a lot of work goes into them. We learnt so much about the Hmong people and would highly recommend this tour. My advice would be wear good grippy footwear, it was muddy & slippery. So much fun.
