Best day EVER here on our trip to Santorini, Greece! George and Elias gave us the VERY BEST sailing experience. It was a dream come true and a day to remember. We did the personal tour and they made us an authentic home cooked Greek Dinner that was one of the best Greek meals we ever had! We highly recommend this cruise! The views we put our eyes on were like heaven! George, if you are reading this… Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! You made one of my bucket list items come true! Bill and I love you to pieces.. Elias too!!

Private sailboat sunset and dinner sail

George the boat captain was excellent. He took us to all the best spots that the large company run catamarans did not go to! The dinner they served was excellent. The swimming spot was amazing. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who will be visiting Santorini!! Ask for his homemade olive oil! You won't be disappointed!!!

Best Experience We’ve ever booked!

We have been in Europe honeymooning for 2 weeks now and without a doubt, sailing with captain George and Pablo has been the highlight of our trip! Captain George right from the start was super friendly and genuine, and you can feel the passion he has for captaining and ensuring that his passengers are comfortable, feel at home, and are taken care of throughout the experience. He really did a wonder job of setting the tone for the trip, asking us what we wanted to do but also giving his advice based on his years of experience in Santorini. As tourists we felt comfortable taking George’s suggestions and thank goodness we did, because it was such a magical afternoon and evening. He showed us different landmarks on the island and explained the history behind it, while we were on the way to the most beautiful crystal clear waters to swim and have dinner. When we arrived George brought us to an area where the fish congregated in the water, giving us goggles so we could explore the beautiful waters and its inhabitants. George even jumped into the water with us and showed us a cool rainbow fish, sea urchin, and grabbed a pretty shell at the bottom of the ocean floor for my wife. The food prepared by Pablo wells delicious and the olive oil and wine were both homemade! Overall this was the best experience we’ve ever had on any tour, captain George and Pablo are the best and such great people! We hope to one day cross paths again, and to anyone looking for the perfect day on the water in Santorini, Captain George is your guy!

Sunset Sail with great views and swimming

This is a fantastic option if you are looking for a more personalized sunset sail on Santorini v. a large group setting. The meal is homecooked not mass produced and George is so knowledgeable. We learned about Greece, the island, and sailing. The views were amazing and it was a great time!

Outstanding personal boat tour!

George was a terrific host, captain and guide! His boat was very comfortable - much better than a standard catamaran- and he took us to unique spots and a terrific swimming area where it was less crowded. Our meal was delicious and we really enjoyed his knowledge of Santorini and the sea. Highly recommend this tour! Well worth the money!

My husband and I did this tour for his birthday. We had an amazing day with George and Elias. George is very knowledgeable and personable. My husband enjoyed talking with George the entire trip. We sailed around the island on the night tour and experienced an awesome sunset. Elias cooked a delicious dinner for the two of us. Definitely recommend spending time with this duo.

This was the most seamless trip. The sail was like an intimate outing with friends. Our crew were wonderful about providing our creature comforts and history of everything we were experiencing. We circled the crater and were given options to swim. We didn’t. We were served a home made dinner with fresh seafood and pasta. Don’t hesitate to do this one. We felt like royalty!

From start to finish the trip was simply magical. I actually proposed to my girlfriend on the boat and George helped organise it perfectly from time of booking through to the big day. Food was amazing and drinks superb with lots of personal touches. The best boat trip I have ever been on.

Simply a fantastic sailing experience. We've had private excursions all over the world but few with the intimate family feel offered by George and his team. Wonderful to work with and a delight to interact with given his world travels and knowledge of Santorini and the sea. Topped off with fabulous meal. Definitely recommend for those sailing for the first time or like us, who has sailed extensively.

Our Captain George and First mate Ina, we’re top notch hosts on our private sunset tour. They allowed us to see all the brilliance of the Caldera and worked hard to avoid crowded areas. We enjoyed the beauty of the Caldera in its entirety while hearing personal tales of sea and love. Our adult children swam in a quiet spot with ocean life beneath. The food served was prepared with personal touch and attention. It was delicious and one of our favorite meals while in Santorini! We highly recommend this crew for your Sunset adventure!!!
