Our massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist.
You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the booking process. However due to differences on charges additional charge 50 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of our standard basis
In all our sessions, we include 10’ mins to undress to redress shower and client consultation
Pregnant women and guests with active cancer can only have the Rejuvance Face massage.
Valuables: the spa cannot be held responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or any other valuable possession belonging to the guests. Please leave them in your hotel or at Zen Spa's safe. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
We ask that you arrive at least 15' minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Great massage. Only negative was the music wasn’t very relaxing. We would have preferred instrumentals.
