Rushed to get there at 7 only for them to say come back at 7:15. Came back at 7:15 for them to say no wait for the line. At 7:20 they let people before us come in despite knowing we had been waiting. Also, we asked why the website says 7 but now they’re saying 7:30 and they had no response or even a courtesy apology for the delay/ confusion. They also charged us 5 mill pesos rather than the 4 mill in the listing. They also did not have any order to the line. The boat did not take off until 1945 which was 45 minutes past the listing we signed up for. Compared to other similar experiences that I’ve had across Colombia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and many Latin American countries the professionalism has to be the lowest I’ve experienced. The experience without these hiccups was great. The DJ played great music all night. The boat ride was also very relaxing.
