Not a good experience

There were no snacks and drinks as described in the events (this was not very good). The total safari time was around 2 hours, no photo-taking point, no resting point, no place to have snacks and drinks, and we were very cold and tired. The clothes and gloves and all the things they provided were not very clean and smelt bad. the guide was late to pick up. The only good thing was they provided free pick-up and drop-off services. this was the reason I chose this company but seems like I have made the wrong decision..

David our tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was great in showing us how to ride the snowmobile, and brought us to different places to experience the nature.

What an awesome trip through the tundra and forests of Lapland! Our guide was fantastic! He really made sure we kept safe and had a great time. We were able to see some amazing scenery that will stay in our minds for a very long time. Many opportunities to change drivers and take pictures. Highly recommend it when you are here!

We had a wonderful time, our guide Yuri was attentive, professional, and funny, he even snuck a selfie with us into the photos he took (see above). 10/10 would recommend, but do dress warmly (we had wonderful weather and were still quite cold).

Very good service and interesting. We book 2 unit mobile Safari for 2pm session . Unfortunately, while the time we travelling from Norway to Northern light hotel we caught into an road accident. Our itinerary all delayed. The time we reach the hotel it was 5pm. And we call up the operator to ask whether they still allowed us for the activity. The service provider do us a favour and allow us for the activity although they are off work.

Cold, boring, dull

The tour was cold, boring and dull. We couldn't go fast. We were driving on basically ice. We did the snowmobiling and icefishing on the tundra the day before and were allowed to go faster and it was a lot smoother ride.

Thanks for the feedback. If it is a group tour we have to drive following the slowliest driver, for the safety! It is always recommended to wear all clothes and boots what guides offer and have a little run sometimes to keep body warm in extremely arctic conditions.

An experience to remember!

This tour was amazing! Our guide was so accommodating. We had our 4 year old with us who rode in the sleigh rather than on a snowmobile. The route was bumpy in places due to lack of recent snowfall however our guide drove the smoothest way possible. Our tour consisted of our family only and one of us was a VERY slow driver. Our guide was so patient with them. To top of the snow mobile experience we were taken to a secluded part of the forest where we cooked hot dogs on the fire. Our host even provided a selection of different hot drinks during a few short breaks to keep us warm. An amazing experience and a brilliant guide!

The safari was amazing. Our guide made the tour very nice and enjoyable with his good energy, explanations and care. He also took very good care of the safety of the full group and therefore we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the driving. Very recommended!

Our tour guide had some troubles with the snowmobiles that night but handled it with professionalism and made up for our troubles with a once in a lifetime experience. The scenery was spectacular and I would recommend this tour to anyone who asks.

Bella esperienza! La guida è passata personalmente a prenderci nel punto di ritrovo da noi indicato e arrivati a destinazione ci ha fornito il casco e la tuta. Trattandosi di un tour privato, ci ha permesso di scegliere se volessimo fare lo spuntino o sfruttare il tempo per allungare il giro. La guida è stata molto disponibile e simpatica, ci ha inoltre accompagnati a vedere dove avremmo soggiornato la notte stessa.

Une organisation un peu bancale, mais ils se sont très bien rattrapés. Magnifique tour dans la forêt, en petit groupe de 5 personnes donc juste le top. Arrêt barbecue dans un tipi en pleine nature très agréable. Je recommande si vous souhaitez sensations et dépaysement total.
