The mud pool and the geyser are spectacular. The geothermal park was well built and easy to walk. The driver was informative. It's a fun day even it rained all the time.

The trails have inclines and may be difficult for some people. The experience was marvelous. So many geothermal cavities and large ponds. I was very impressed. The views of surrounding trees and mountains was beautiful.

Our morning tour was a great experience. We were picked up right on time and got to see everything we hoped to see. Karen and Slim were great hosts! They gave us lots of history and information about the area on our drives which was so nice! We really enjoyed this experience!

A good trip but very overpriced

This is overpriced. Our bus driver was nice, he took us to mud pools and to the geyser on time then on to Waiotapu. But it is not worth the price tag at all, I think there are a lot of improvements that could be made, and the price should be dropped considerably to make this worth purchasing.

Enjoyable solo trip

Went there as a solo and there were other people there that was solo as well, so the group I was with we all chatted together and enjoyed our time as saw a lot of beautiful scenery. Dinesh our driver was a star, he had so many stories to tell and was really funny. He was very hospitable to me and the rest of group and made sure we had a good time but also for us to understand everything that’s going on and giving information out clearly. Would definitely recommend my friends to do this trip if they ever come down.

They picked me up on time, our guide was very friendly, we went to all the places mentioned and gave us information about the city, the only thing is that I found it a little expensive for the tour that was done, but I also know that this is the whole of New Zealand, likewise, for comfort and security issues, if I recommend it
