My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour- we were the only two on it, so it was a private tour of the old town! We learned a lot about the city and the history of Latvia as well- our guide was extremely knowledgable and made some recommendations for places to stop in after the tour as well. This was a great way to see the Old town and learn about its history.

an exquisite walk through the old town of Riga The guide was brimming with information about the history as well as the modern politics which was very interesting. The tour took in many various buildings and churches which we would not have seen without the tour. A very enjoyable morning and a must for the curious tourist

We are so glad we took this tour because our charming and knowledgeable guide, Maria, told us the history and stories that allowed us to more fully appreciate Riga's Old Town. The Old Town is charming, beautiful and very easy to walk through. This tour made our visit more enjoyable and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Riga. Additionally, Maria told us about Riga's Art Nouveau architectural history and, had we know about that beforehand, we would've booked a tour with her to see that district.

We absolutely lucked-out with a terrific guide Marija who was so passionate about her city, she filled you with her enthusiasm and thus you just loved the city. She had terrific historical background information, knew her history and led us around parts of the city we never would have known about had we not signed up for this tour. Furthermore, she advised us on additional things to see/do during our stay for which we will be forever thankful. It made our visit to Riga, and we would happily suggest anyone visiting take a walking tour of the old town. It absolutely brings it to life!

Fantastic tour. Our guide (Mariya) was wonderful - very informative and tailored the information she gave us to meet our interests. We saw parts of the city we would never have found on our own. It was a brilliant introduction to Riga and we would highly recommend it to others.

Another couple also booked this tour. Guide was knowledgeable and interesting and covered all the important facts. Also included ride back to boat which we took other couple preferred to remain in town to wander. English was very good.

現地ツアーを取り扱っている他のサイトでは日本語対応のツアーが1万円以上の中、1人当たり3千円台ととてもリーズナブルでした。現地ガイドの日本語もわかりやすくリガの歴史への理解も深まりました。
申し込み時、viatorの他のツアーの口コミを見ると低評価なものが目立ち不安でしたが、あくまでviatorは現地ツアー会社との仲介であり、どの現地ツアー会社に当たるかによって評価が大きく左右されるのだと思います。
予約時は11時スタートの2時間ツアーとの事で予約しましたが用意されたのは14時からの2時間ツアーでした。17時台の寝台列車に乗る予定だったので十分間に合いましたが後ろに予定詰まっている状態の場合は気をつけた方がいいと思います。ツアーは自分たちのみの参加であり、解散場所もこちらのリクエストに合わせて街中を回る順番を調整していただけました。
総じて満足度の高いツアーでした。
