Amazing views of the lagoon and a safe trip out from Quito with an informative guide telling us a bit about the beautiful countryside. The hike up from the lagoon at altitude is a challenge.

Experience tour guide make big different on the trip. Gerardo has been tour guide for years. He explains about the culture, country & many other topics. Highly recommend Gerardo to anyone taking this tour with him & the company. The Only disappointment is the path to walk down the mountain to Quilotoa Laguna is a mud slide, uneven. No rope or hand rail to hold on. It makes dangerous. Thankful Gerardo let me to hold on to his arm to slide down half way. Going up even harder.
