BM Tours was so disorganized. I was in contact with Natalie from the agency who never sent the itinerary when she said she would on February 6th. I requested it again and she finally sent it on the 18th. All of the tour guides were phenomenal but the disorganization from the agency and getting in contact with them was a hassle. The agency also tried to skip over SIX tour locations in Galapagos and give us the “afternoon free” so I called yet again to complain and we finally got it taken care of. Loberia that was mentioned on Viator was not included and I was informed that location is on a different island which is misleading. The hotel in Galapagos was awful- our room filled with water after a bad storm and the staff refused to mop the floors for us and instead just gave us towels to soak the floor with. There was no hot water in that hotel and I fell down a flight of stairs because there was no rubber padding on a set of tile stairs like the rest of the stairs in the hotel and the staff didn’t even ask if I was ok when I informed them. They just asked me what time it happened so they can inform the owner. The hotel in Quito, on the other hand, was phenomenal. The staff was so attentive and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Overall, it was a good trip but the disorganization from the tour company made it stressful that I had to keep reaching out to them rather than just enjoying my holiday. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Valoramos mucho su honestidad, ya que es la única forma en que podemos seguir mejorando. Lamento profundamente que la sensación de desorganización haya generado estrés durante sus vacaciones. Mi objetivo principal es siempre que nuestros viajeros solo se preocupen por disfrutar, y me entristece saber que en su caso no fue así. Respecto a los puntos que menciona, me gustaría aclararlos con el fin de ofrecerle una visión completa de nuestra gestión: • Documentación y Entrega: Le ofrezco una disculpa personal por el compromiso de entrega del voucher el 6 de febrero. Fue un error de mi parte prometer una fecha adelantada, cuando nuestra política estándar de seguridad y confirmación final es entregar dichos documentos 48 horas antes del viaje. En compensación por este malentendido, gestionamos un upgrade de servicios en su hotel de Quito, buscando que su estancia en la ciudad fuera superior a lo contratado inicialmente. • Servicios en Galápagos: Entendemos que la infraestructura en las islas es muy distinta a la de la ciudad, lo cual puede generar contrastes inesperados. No obstante, me gustaría recalcar que se brindaron la totalidad de los servicios ofertados. Hubo ligeros ajustes de horario en las actividades debido a la logística propia del archipiélago, lo cual pudo causar confusión; sin embargo, en cuanto usted me contactó, me puse al frente personalmente para asegurar que cada itinerario se cumpliera a cabalidad y despejar cualquier duda. • Seguimiento en tiempo real: Durante su estancia en Galápagos, estuvimos monitoreando cada detalle y, en ese momento, no recibimos reportes de inconformidad sobre el hotel o el personal, lo que nos hubiera permitido intervenir con la administración del hotel de forma inmediata para mejorar su experiencia. Nos alegra saber que los guías fueron de su total agrado y que su estancia en Quito fue fenomenal. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones sobre el hotel en Galápagos para revisar nuestros estándares de calidad con los proveedores locales. Nuestra prioridad fue, y seguirá siendo, que cada pasajero reciba lo que se le prometió.
