Fun experience

Spent my time on day one with irene and day two with diana. Both days were great, smooth, informative, and to the point. The hacienda in Cotopaxi was very quaint and the staff was exrremely kind. It was nice being closer to quilitoa and getting picked up while the tour was making its way out rather than needing to go out and back to quito. It also gave me time to explore locally on my own terms. A note for those taking this tour, be at altitude for a few days in quito before doing cotopaxi or take some meds to help with the altitude. It is very high and kicked my butt! As for Quilitoa, be in good shape. The hike is no joke. 400m vertical over 2 kilometers. It was beautiful though!

Nice and easy tour to experience the Andes from Quito

It is a great 2 day tour to visit both the Cotopaxi mountain and Quilotoa lagoon. As other reviews mentioned, it was two separate tours each day, but we did get the benefit of having to go back to Quito after Day 1. The hotel the tour dropped us at is a very nice surprise, with beautiful garden and nice Mountain View. Special shout out to tour guide Camila who took us to Cotopaxi. The organizer Grace was amazing as well, and helped us change your dates when our plans changed a couple of weeks prior to arriving. The natural beautiful of this tour is breathtaking. I highly recommend the tour if you have two days to spend to enjoy the Andes near Quito.

1st Day activity included Cotopaxi Volcano base camp hike and it was good and challenging with day 1 guide being also informative. Overnight Hacienda after Day 1 activity was not a good one. 2nd day activity included Quiloatoa Lake hike and it was not as good as 1st day and the guide was kinda of okay.
