My boyfriend, sister and I enjoyed a wonderful time kayaking and snorkeling. Cesar was an awesome guide. They had either one or two person kayak to choose from. We kayaked to a certain area to snorkel to see beautiful fish and then headed to a beach to relax for a bit and then back. A good workout! We had to right leave right after but you do go after to restaurant to eat. It was wonderful experience and Cesar was there to make sure we were going the right n if we needed any help. Thank you!

Absolutely ridiculous organisation skills and communication from the tour operator. 4 days before the trip we were told a 12:30 pickup from outside our hotel. On the day we ended up standing there for 45 minutes in the 35 degree peak heat waiting for a pickup with no clue where they were. Finally managed to get through to them via whatsapp (Viator had no mobile number for them, had to find it on their website) and was told that they had made a mistake and pickup was actually at 2:30pm!!! (for a 1:30pm start somehow?!) Not so much as an apology when they turned up, extremely disappointed with the customer service. There was no shade to wait under and we couldn't wait in our room or the hotel lobby as it was too far from the front of the hotel and we wouldn't have seen the van pull up.

Kayaking was very fun; only 1 guide for 8 people; inattentive to clients while kayaking and snorkeling; guests with problems were not noticed; Viator description does not include the necessary level of athleticism.

This was an amazing experience! I accidentally missed the bus pick up and they were very accommodating to our needs.
The tour guide was very nice and the food they provided was the best meal we had on our costa rica trip.

Beautiful kayak trip around the coast to a bay . Snorkeling wasn't great as water was cloudy but it was a fun time anyway. The guide was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

Advised by Tour operator not to take part due to an injury to my leg however they would not refund even though I went and tried to take part and was refused.

Great guides and fun outing!! We loved the kayaking and snorkeling. So many beautiful fish! I would have loved a little more time to snorkel. The only part we didn’t love was the lunch. The food was quite bland and a poor representation of the lovely food here in Costa Rica.

Wagner est un très bon guide, aussi bien en kayak avec ses explications marines, sous marine en snorkling, sur la plage avec ara et autre animaux.
