Left Me Stranded

Left me stranded alone. ! No Show! Didn't answer phone or messages from myself, boyfriend and hotel staff. It was my last day in Costa Rica and the venue was paid for. I was left to do nothing for the last day I was there and I was alone as my boyfriend left for Fishing 2 hrs beforehand. This is a piece of s*** company who does not communicate with people who pay good hard-earned money. They also did not have a reason or an apology. Yet had the nerve to send a review form and ask how was my day and rate their service on my excursion!! I will provide Google a rating of this company to stear people away from using them and have their vacation ruined. Diana Smith

The lunch served was excellent. There was plenty of shade. The crew was kind. And it was fun to go on the slides and jump off the top of the boat. The only part we didn't enjoy was cramming into the van when we were picked up at our hotel. Cab fares are super cheap in Quepos. So it was well worth it to us to take a cab back separately.
