It was a wonderful experience. The tour guide explained / shared information really well and he was very accomodating. He also has a good sense of humor. I would love to go back and do it with my husband. I love the experience sitting at the cathedral and listening to a beautiful music.

We took the kids (ages 5–9) on the Cathedral Cave Tour at Capricorn Caves and it was hit! Our guide was friendly and full of fun facts, and the highlight was definitely the Cathedral chamber with its amazing natural acoustics and total darkness. It’s not too strenuous, so even our little ones managed it well. Great family outing, beautiful, memorable and just the right balance of adventure and comfort.

The difference in geology and ecology between this, a dry cave, to wet caves that I'm familiar with we're the highlights for me. I also appreciated the audio experience.
Some of the walk ways and stairs are old and rickety. They need to be replaced.
Also in our group there was a family trying in push a pram through the caves. This was pretty dumb and they should not have been allowed to do this.

This tour was awesome! Worth the trip from Yeppoon. Drew was a brilliant guide and was loaded with lots of information. The total blackness of the cake was absolutely brilliant. I would have been super happy to stay there for a lot longer! Thanks for the brilliant experience!
