Told to uber to my car from a random unknown gas station and called rude when I refused!

Book with anyone else! The communication from the start was poor. Could not find the driver at the meeting place. A driver who spoke at least some English was requested. The driver spoke no English. On the way back there was no head count, no passenger check. The bus was over crowded and uncomfortable! The driver took me to a random gas station and told me this is where I was to get off. I said no this is not where you picked me up. A passenger had to translate. He insisted I get off at this random location and uber to my car. When I refused and reached out to the booking company, the driver called me rude. I showed the driver multiple times where he picked me up, he had no idea. We dropped off other passengers and picked up more which made the bus even more over crowded. I finally reached the point where he picked me up. He was still completely unaware that is where he picked me up! I come to the RD often and have taken many excursions, never have I been told to get off at a random gas station and uber to my car!

I am speechless! I had a blast! I was afraid that I was going to be sick, but with all the partying on the boat...! It was great!

On way down, we were shifted to 3 different buses and arrived at dock 4 hrs later . There was no guide narrative, no catamaran except a stationary one at a snorkel site which was the worst I've ever experienced. We did not go to the Wall, they didn't provide fins. Snorkeling lasted about 20 minutes. Beach was not 2 km, was not walkable & what was there was covered by chairs. Waste of money!

Slow and relaxed excursion experience. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the snorkeling and the lunch was delicious. Would definitely recommend that you experience this excursion.
