You go to the sand hotel their is a public beach access to the right of the hotel or if you go inside the hotel go all the way to the back by the restaurant and make a right on the beach.

Horrible service! Listen to all the bad reviews. My scheduled photo time was at 11 a.m. The photographer did not show up until 11:15. Not only was he late but the day of my appointment me and my friend saw that he had double booked us with another group of ladies he met the night before at club shisha. He tried to break us up by taking me first, the other party and then my friend. I explained that since we booked online the Friday before we will be going first. So not only did I have to deal with that delay but I did not receive all of my pictures or my drone video. I was suppose to receive 100 photos and a video. I only received 45 photos. I actually had to go through my bank in order to receive my refund! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

Good morning or afternoon I am gonna answer this it just because you guys tryna be smart I make sure everybody get they pictures and everything taking care of your friend being sick not feeling well from time before she came to the beach and after everybody finished they Photoshoot tour I make sure everyone gets their pictures and you all get android and y’all service phones is not working out here every time I called I couldn’t reach out to anybody only 1 person have an iPhone after you guys keep asking Viator refund and she blocked my phone number and I feel like the first person I have the number did as well I hope you guys be the smartest people in this world thank you.

Well you wasn’t able to have an experience because the rep I spoke to on the phone book our photoshoot for the WRONG country. They refused to us the funds they already received and scheduled us for the country we were in. Customer service was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve this matter. We still have not received a refund… WASTED HOURS OF MY VACATION TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE…

Hi and I hope all is well I know doing a business is not easy cause people will tryna put you down or give you bad reviews or anything but everything you said is a lie we pick up our customers in a black truck VIP service luxury cars and we make sure when you book we call you or email you if anything you would like to know or we would like to know concern your location what time you want us to pick you up if you wanna come a little early or anything but thank you for your review even it bad or good.

The photographers made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. They instructed us on the best poses for our body type. They captured so many amazing photos and we received all of our pictures immediately. Highly recommend.

Our host/ guide showed up extremely late almost 1hour and 30 minutes. He had us wait for another additional 30 minutes to setup. Then he informed us that his drone was not operating and was broken. We were told the wait for his friend with a working drone was an additional 10mins which was not true as no one showed up, because we were there for an hour plus in addition. I felt disrespected due to the disregard of my friends and our time. We could not wait any longer because of other activities planned for the rest of the day. We did not get to do our photoshoot due to his lateness and unprofessionalism. We were very disappointed.

Why would you lie about the situation cause you asked me to come to your location close by the area you staying we come and the area is near to the airport we have to make an account just to fly our drone there we apologized cause you was waiting 30 minutes because you was coming 30minutes before the time you requested for and we ask you 10 minutes after your 9 o’clock time you said you couldn’t wait cause you say we not gonna take time with you and we actually offered you to do 3 people as the same time cause we have 3 kayaks and 3 drone and the water you said no you need your money back soon as you working off the beach our drone start flying to do our next customers cause you didn’t wanna give us 10 minutes and you was the reason to make us going to this location.

The photographer did an amazing job capturing all of the photos on the clear kayak, at Sapodilla Beach with his guide assisting us with all of the poses. The pictures were taken in a timely manner and edited and sent to us as soon as the shoot was complete

After spending hours getting ready, 15 minutes before our scheduled time the photographer called me to say he had a flat tire and needed to reschedule to later in the day. I know things happen, but I did not appreciate the last-minuteness. I couldn’t reschedule for that day since I had other activities booked until sunset, so we rescheduled to my last day hours before my flight, which was the only time I could do. The photographer was 30 minutes late once I was already at the location. It was not at Sunset Beach Villas, but at a different beach 20 minutes away. I told him I had to leave for my flight in time, so the photo shoot was only about 20 minutes long. I still got 160 pictures and 1 video though. There is a man that helps you with the poses and the photographer operates the drone. The pictures did come out very clear and beautiful. One thing to note is you can see the cinderblocks holding down the kayak in many of the pictures. I don’t mind because I can easily photoshop them out, but I know that may be annoying for those who can’t. I did get the photos airdropped immediately after the shoot. One other minor complaint, I booked this photographer specifically because his photos had a perfectly clear kayak with no black pieces in it. However, my kayak had two black poles in the sides (see pictures) so I will have to edit those out as well. It also left a shadow on my legs in some of the pictures. Overall, I would recommend this experience, but don’t expect perfection. However, it is the lowest price for this kind of service on the entire island.

I paid for this photo shoot for my birthday, paid for a taxi but when I got there, no one was there! I tried reaching out multiple times without a response, I even called Viator support and they try reaching out. I am extremely disappointed because this was meant to be a photo shoot for my birthday. However, I ended up with nothing but unnecessary money spent!

I decided to book the Clear Boat experience on a whim, making the reservation just the night before. Initially, our scheduled time was set for 1 PM, but due to some weather-related concerns, we communicated through WhatsApp and opted for a later slot at 1:30 PM. Upon our arrival, there was a bit of a wait as the team prepared the boat, secured it to the blocks, and ensured ideal weather conditions.
Throughout this process, Adam, our guide, proved to be exceptionally helpful. He provided guidance on poses and smoothly directed us through the entire experience. I must commend the picture-taking process itself; it was seamless and well-handled. However, my primary concern arises from the post-experience phase, specifically, the retrieval of our pictures.
Regrettably, there were no clear instructions regarding the timeframe for receiving our pictures, necessitating multiple inquiries on my part. I am still awaiting the promised videos even after 5 days have passed since the experience. This prolonged wait has been a bit disheartening, especially considering that this service was paid for in full.
Moreover, while the picture quality met my expectations and was indeed commendable, it is important to note that some photos displayed the cinder block, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. I believe that greater attention should be paid to ensuring that the cinder block remains concealed during the photography process, perhaps through better framing or the use of photo-editing tools to remove it from the final images.
In conclusion, the Clear Boat experience itself was enjoyable, and Adam's assistance greatly enhanced our experience. However, there is room for improvement in the post-experience phase, particularly in terms of communication and the prompt delivery of photos and videos. Furthermore, addressing the issue of the cinder block's visibility in the pictures would undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction of customers.

The Clear Kayak was a long hot day, it’s day of over scheduled women’s waiting for the experience and to receive bad editing, I wish the site would allow me to upload what I was sent but it keep rejecting them.
