Staff is very polite and knowledgeable about the trip and Iguana Island. No need to wear sneakers, flops/sandals are fine. Pickup is fairly prompt, journey start time and end are flexible due the gentle pace of the trip, so be flexible with any plans afterwards. A great experience, lots of fun and beautiful scenery. The kayaking was not intense at all. would highly recommend.

Wasn’t sure what I booked as their website ONLY MENTIONS WHAT YOU SEE ONCE OUR ON THE ISLAND…says NOTHING about how you get out to the island. When you try to get information on the how and the when days before the excursion to make sure it’s something you can do since their description about the excursion and how you get out to the island is nonexistent and the when on when they will pick you up is non existent they don’t communicate with you. Maybe you’ll book an excursion with them and get what you were expecting maybe you’ll book won’t but do you really want to take the chance and get billed $300 or more for an excursion you don’t go on because you’re injured and cannot get in and out of the kayak?? By the way I didn’t know it was an all kayak adventure until we showed up there at which time i immediately told them about my bad shoulder and was told they understand and would take care of everything…apologized their website wasn’t clear and for not communicating back to me….but then stuck me with the $300 charge for an excursion I wanted to go on but couldn’t (torn shoulder). Don’t risk it book through someone else who at least answers your questions and communication exists.

• Communication & Logistics:
We have emailed you regarding the tour time and the complimentary transportation pick up time. We also even spoke to you on the phone to confirm the tour details.
• Physical Requirements:
We take guest safety very seriously. Because our tours are primary kayak adventures, they do require a certain level of mobility.
It is fully stated from our Health restrictions:
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Level of difficulty
•Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.
When we phoned you, you did not disclose that you have a torn shoulder problem, should we have known, we would of course advise you to cancel your booking and issue a full refund right away.

Went with my mom and we had a great time! No need to be an expert in kayaking. Jean was great! Explained the wildlife, we got to see a conch and some sea turtles! Definitely recommend

We loved this excursion! We went with our elementary school aged kids and everyone had a great time. Our guide was Goat and he was very informative and friendly. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
Such a fun experience!!! Traveled with kids age 17 & 14 and they loved it. Saw lots of sea turtles and iguanas. The taxi there and back was super clean and friendly. Tyba was the drivers name and he was wonderful! Our tour guide was Chop. He was very knowledgeable and fun. I’m sure I’ve misspelled their names, but wanted to make sure I gave them a shout out.
Our tour forgot to pick us up so we only got to join a group for the last hour or so. Never got to see iguana island. Mangroves were cool. Would have expected at least a partial refund

Pick up was not well organized but once we got there, everything was fantastic. Yves our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable.
Bring sunscreen. You will see turtles, sharks, iguanas and even a manta ray. You get a knowledgeable guide who will explain the mangroves also.
Great excursion. Pick up was efficient and all staff were great!! Tour guide was fun and helpful. Was beautiful and educational. Great time. We highly recommend.
Had a great time. Saw so many turtles, sharks and various fish. Marcus was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and fun!
This tour was absolutely fantastic, and Mikey was an amazing guide! He taught us so much, engaged with our kids, and got everyone excited about the wildlife—including turtles, baby sharks, rays, conch, and iguanas! We had an incredible time!time!

Beautiful tour. We saw turtles, iguanas, baby lemon shark, jelly fish, and conch. Guide was knowledgeable and we learned alot.
Great time seeing wildlife and being on the water. The guide was very personable and informative. Not very intense kayaking since we were towed everywhere except amongst the mangroves.

Alvin was an exceptional tour guide and showed the island and its ecosystem off to its fullest! We were rewarded by seeing conch, turtles and a shark and really enjoyed the kayak experience.
My husband and I have been on excursions throughout many Islands, this by far was one of the best. We saw every kind of sea life imaginable. Huge turtles ( I even touched one), sharks, stingrays, conch, fish, upside down jellyfish. Not to mention all the Iguana’s on the Island. Shout out to Innocent. He was the best tour guide, extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went out of his way to find all the species of Sea Life we got to enjoy. Great Excursion.
The clear Kayaks were awesome. We saw many turtles, Conch and even a stingray. Iguana Island was cool and the view was amazing. Our guide was informative and very courteous. I would highly recommend this tour while visiting Turks.
The guide was fantastic - he knew right where to look to find iguanas and turtles and conch, and even helped us chase down a lemon shark until every boat got to see it.
I wished we'd had a dry bag with us.
The only downside was that there were a lot of kayak tours and other tours all at the same time sharing the same water space - so it sometimes got a little hard to navigate.
Beautiful experience. My friend and I had the best time! We had a wonderful tour guide (Menelik/Queso) take us through the experience. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip. He kept the conversation flowing and brought the energy we were looking for. During our experience, we saw native fish, birds, baby lemon sharks, iguanas, and turtles. We recommend this spot to anyone that comes to visit. As a side note, for anyone who gets a free shuttle ride over, we recommend asking for Tyga. He's a great driver with lots of knowledge about the island!
Brycen, our tour guide, was very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable about all of the surroundings and was extremely helpful. We were able to see lots of wildlife, and had a great time. Would highly recommend.

The taxi there and back was clean, on time and the driver was polite.
It was really lovely being towed behind a boat to get to the islands as paddling there and back would have been too much.
We saw turtles, baby lemon sharks, iguanas and baby conch. A great time was had by us.
Attrape touristes à son meilleur. L’activité n’est pas privée, des gens ont été ajoutés à notre groupe. On nous a demandé d’arriver pour 12h30, personne ne s’est occupé de nous avant 13h, pour ensuite attendre dans notre kayak sans rien faire jusqu’à 13h30. L’activité devait durer 3h environ mais en réalité c’est plutôt deux. Aucun sac à l’épreuve de l’eau ne nous a été fourni. Seul positif, le guide était gentil et engageant.
