The tour operator was polite and helpful overall and the cab driver was excellent, so I have given a 2* rating. If I considered the core activity only then this would have been 1* rating.
Problems:
1) Catamaran tour was cancelled one day before and I was offered speed boat tour, which I accepted as there as no other option and we did not want to lose 1 day since we have been planning this for weeks and even a refund would not solve our problem, since we have also paid for hotel, food etc., for this date, so the day would have been wasted;
2) The boat operator was rude and we felt we were treated in a discriminatory manner and left us stranded on an island since they changed the speed boat again randomly and they only left us stranded and we were he only Indian family in the trip, and the manner in which it was done felt discriminatory (shared details with the tour operator who initially tried to brush this off as "this is how plans can change in an island", but when I explained in detail how I felt, they helped solve the problem by arranging another boat pickup just for us, nonetheless, this was a bitter and unexpected experience and no one should be treated the way we felt we were treated);
3) Food offered in lunch was okay and servers were rude, we had to ask them for every small thing, they were plain reluctant to help/serve.
Good thing the weather was great and the location was beautiful, and the driver was also excellent in his behaviour and service, which helped lift our spirits at the end of the day.

I read your review and i was the one on the phone speaking to you the whole day. I agree to your experience but the boat crew on their side said they never discriminate between you and other guests, with no cctv and only 1 1st time this kind of review, we cant blame anyone but we did send a private boat to pick you and your family and we paid this on our side. Please also note that during end of year, its always busy and the service unfortunately is never the same as they have limited staff they can bring on a boat at once. I hope you really understand how much we fought for your good day.

OK OK experience...too crowded. The boat staff is great. The catamaran isn't really luxury..and lot of guests seemed like family friends and not really paid customers.., hence it felt like almost outsiders inspite, of paying full price. Food and the facilities were strictly average, vegetarians were completely ignored, and I wouldn't really recommend highly..The experience in other countries was far better.. The pickup and drop to hotel was good. In total, very passable experience.

Greetings from beguided tours, i am very pleased to see this honest reviews and will not deny it as its true in december january end of year its super busy and there is nothing we can do about that. We did an investigation and you were part of a paid boat, just that a lot of indians(which looks a lot like Mauritians) were present with 9 other Mauritians . Of course maybe they were communicating in Creol amd of course it happens they will chat more as they are locals and i am sorry for the experience also that one of the guests was drunk fighting and the crew had to deal with them constantly. Please note that we do not have control on ethnicity of other guests on board. Upon checking your reservation it seems there is no mention about vegetarian food and vegetarian food is served extra food upon notification. Otherwise there is options like veg salad, bean and Veg macaroni with Teokon served always on board. We strongly advise our guests to inform us for vegan /veg requests so that we can arrange as per your need as on a BOAT, its very difficult to accomodate everything and only useful things are brought to be able to respect the weight limit.

Insgesamt geht so. Der Fahrer zum Katamaran und zurück war sehr gut. Dann am Katamaran etwas unorganisiert. Es hat über eine Stunde gedauert bis alle Dinge wie Kisten mit Essen usw. und die Passagiere an Bord waren. Das wird bei anderen Touren vorher erledigt. Das Essen war leider weit entfernt von einem 3-Gänge Menü. Gegrilltes mit Nudelsalat und eine halbe Banane. Das Team war recht freundlich aber die Musik sehr sehr laut. Die Insel an sich ist schön. Das Schnorcheln war nach 5 Min vorbei um dann Parasailing anbieten zu können. Den Wasserfall hat man leider auch nur 5 Min gesehen. Insgesamt hat die Tour auch viel kürzer gedauert, etwa 5 Stunden.

Greetings, we respect your point of view and we take your points positively but please note that when you book a shared experience, the opinion of other people on board counts a lot. The more people we have on board, the more we should be careful, snorkelling experience duration depends on number of people swimming into the water and people waiting for the ship to go. Please note that grilled sausages was given as starters and grilled fish/chicken as main course with smashed potatoes and banane flamber/fruit salad as dessert. Please note that on a catamaran we will for sure have a limited amount of food options given as we will be very far in the ocean and we will need to consider space and weight also.
