The tour guide never showed up. We had to find other transportation at the last minute. I am requesting a full refund.

Dear Alexandra! Thank you for this experience and your review. We provide private transfers in 15 European countries and Mexico every day. When we do not the driver for our customers we honestly tell it and we recommend the options. But all time when we confirm the booking we keep 100% our word. My colleague Juan Pablo (manager in Mexico) sent me your WhatsApp conversation and I checked your booking details as well and we can substantiate. Juan sent me: 1. The client booked less than 24 hours before the transfer. 2. She asked to be picked up at the Ferry terminal in Playa del Carmen at 4:00 pm. 3. At 2:05 pm she asked to change the pickup time to 2:45 or 3:00 pm. 4. We made the necessary arrangements to be there on time. We asked the client to go to the pickup place that we told her and she agreed. We sent her the location and a photo of where she had to go. 5. The driver arrived at 2:50 pm and waited until 3:04 pm when a police officer asked him to move. 6. He moved and went around the block. We informed the client about this and asked her to wait because the driver saw them taking a taxi. 7. She replied saying that they took a taxi and didn't want the service anymore. I am sorry, we can't refund you any money, because we have to pay the driver his time and cost. Best regards, Jan
