Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Coco bongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: Super Aki Tulum market main gate over in federal avenue The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 07:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent
If your group is an odd people number, 1 person need to pay a single ATV
Bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes, wear comfortable clothes and shoes
Tulum preservation tax (20 USD per person)
Insurance payment for the ATV is optional. If you bring any item that needs to be stored, there may be an additional fee, which is paid at the park
