I had a wonderful experience visiting the Similan Islands. The organization of the tour was excellent from start to finish, everything was smooth and well planned. The two guides were very professional, friendly, and gave clear instructions that made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. I also really appreciated the attention to dietary preferences. Since I don’t eat meat, they kindly offered me a fish option, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Similan Islands!

We were super unprepared for the 2hour drive to the pier from Patong. When we arrived food and drink was available which was a nice inclusion. The trip to the first island was 1.5hours so thankfully we ate at the pier because by this time it was 11am which is pre-lunch time. Getting into the first island is like a game on survivor. Once you’re on though the sands are white and soft and the water a beautiful blue. Swimming is difficult because there is rocks just off the shore. After 45 mins on this island we went to 2 different snorkelling spots and I’m wondering when lunch is going to be because heck, we are getting hungry. The snorkelling spots were lovely and we spotted a lot of sea life. We then stopped at our last island for lunch which was more like afternoon tea/dinner at this point. This island was easier to access and again the beach was beautiful and you could swim safely without having your feet shredded by rocks. Trying to get a nice photo is near impossible because you’ve got a lot of people trying to do the same. Our guide Dada was amazing. She kept us well informed of times between islands and what we were doing and what to expect.

Brilliant day from start to finish!! We were picked up at 0630am and arrived back at the hotel around 2030pm. We were provided with breakfast, lunch, dinner, fruit, cake and unlimited water and fizzy drinks. John and his team were amazing in showing us the islands, providing us with information and showing us how to snorkel. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Absolutely book this whole day tour—don’t think twice! We got incredibly lucky with the weather: sunny skies and minimal wind. The journey from our hotel took 2 hours by van, followed by a smooth 1h20m boat ride. Breakfast lunch dinner with fruit snack in between + unlimited soft drinks provided. Our guide Dada and the crew were outstanding—we felt super safe the whole time. You visit three stunning islands, with snorkeling included 2x30 min total. We spotted beautiful coral reefs and a turtle—talk about luck! The highlight? The Similan Islands, where Mother Nature’s unreal beauty truly shines.

We were a little disappointed with this tour after reading such amazing reviews. Rain aside (nobody can controle the weather) this tour is super long (13.5 hours from pick-up to drop-off) for the amount of time you actually spend snorkelling and on the islands. The driver they used for our group was super rude, spoke no English and drove so badly that our 8 year old got super car sick on the way home. The snorkelling was beautiful but they kept dropping us in spots with 2-3 other boats making it feel like people soup more than an idyllic outing. Quite commercialised, didn’t feel that premium. The Similan Islands were very pretty but not sure if it was worth the hassle.

As much as we wish we could control the weather, nature sometimes changes plans – but we completely understand your disappointment and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Regarding the “Premium” title of the excursion, we use this designation because we operate with one of the newest and most modern boat fleets in the region. Additionally, we provide three meals throughout the day, including vegan-friendly options, to accommodate different dietary needs. Unlike many of our competitors, the national park fee is also included in the tour price to ensure transparency and ease for our guests. The Similan Islands are indeed stunning, especially under sunny conditions, and we hope you might return one day to experience their true beauty on a clear and calm day. We also want to thank you for highlighting the issue with the driver. After your feedback, we immediately conducted an internal investigation. As a result, the driver in question has been warned and suspended for one week. Should we receive further concerns, we will not hesitate to permanently remove his vehicle from our services. Your comments regarding the snorkeling experience are taken seriously. Highly recommend brilliant day

This was a very good tour and we would highly recommend it to family and friends. The day was above and beyond our expectations and the whole set up is very professional. We got to the pier and we were met by NayNay and offered a light breakfast (toast, cereal coffee, tea). Then we took a catamaran to the SI. Very smooth boat trip. we were given an hour to look round the first island and because we were on the early bird trip there wasn't as many people there and we could get up to the viewpoint and get some good pictures. Next we went snorkeling which was amazing, we swam with a turtle and lots of different species of fish. I'm not a strong swimmer but Nay Nay and Ten really helped me and gave me a brilliant snorkeling experience which I would of missed out on if not for them. We then moved on to another snorkeling area for 30 mins and then onto the final island for lunch and time to go swimming and take in the sights. White sand and unbelievable clear crystal blue water and then when we got back to the pier there was supper available too. The food and organisation was good and all the staff really made the day special. A big thanks to Nay Nay and Ten.

White sands and blue seas

Seeing turtles in their natural habitat was a wish of mine that has been fulfilled. This trip was wonderful. White sands, blue seas and beautiful marine life. What couldn't be better. The only problem we had was that my wife is disabled and walks with a crutch. Getting on and off the boat was a bit of a problem, especially if the sea isn't playing ball. The staff were amazing with both of us and nothing was too much of a problem. Highly recommend this trip
