The seats on the boat make your shorts smell bad. The speedboat is open so alot wind for two hours. Friendly hosts and softdrinks food was very good! The snorkling was not good because i forgot my diving glassed and we had alot of trash in the sea. The biggest island was very beutiful!

The real tour was in RUSSIAN language. There were only 5 english but the explanation weren’t in deepth as the russian guys. The lady was nice but i understand that the tour was not in english as texted in viator. I’ll ask for a reimbursment.

Seasick ruined the experience

The island is beautiful, although staying on the island is only for a short time, if it would be at least 5-6 hours it would be worth it. Speedboat made a lot of people get sick, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the experience fully as we were unwell. Staff is nice. Food is not.

The islands are gorgeous,...

The islands are gorgeous, however it takes 8h in total to there and back. The crew was profesional and helpful. They provide us with sea sick pills, snorkeling kit, snacks, free drinks and fruit. The speed boat was a bit uncomfortable. The snorkeling are is amazing, you can see a lot of beautiful animals (fish, turtles etc). The only downside remains the long distance from Phuket to the location.

Treated like cattle.

I had recently taken day tours to Phi Phi Islands and James Bond Island with other tour companies. I would not reccomend this tour company. The staff are lovely. Tour guide Bella was helpful and the captain and boat crew and the German and Russian guide were wonderful. However, at no fault of the crew (I blame the faceless management who I did not see). Seemed to have 40-50 people crammed onto the speedboat. We were packed in like cattle it was so uncomfortable people on top of each all day with no space to breathe. My phi phi and James Bond tours had a cap of 20 people. The tour started off by getting picked up at my hotel on a mini van for 8 of us. All mainland Chinese. We then drove to a bus depot and got on a coach with all mainland Chinese people. All the instructions were given in Chinese which I am not. I had no idea what was going on. We then drove 90 minutes to the pier in which we arrived the instructions were given all in Chinese again. Once I figured out where to go on my own another coach arrived with more tourists from Europe. The boat I was on had three tour guides. All lovely helpful people. Although the instructions had to be delivered three times in each of the three languages on the boat (English, German and Russian). The Chinese had their own boat. The breakfast is uneditable. Eat before hand. The lunch and dinner are decent. I was happy with them. The Similian islands themselves did not live up to the hype. The coral we were taken to seemed to be all bleached with strong currents. The beach you are taken to has dead bleached sharp coral as soon as you step into the water (within 5 metres). It is not sand once you are in the water. It is very unpleasant to walk on and be on and hurts if you step on a jaggered coral or a wave pushes you into it. As the boat was pulled into the beach the water and waves were rough that we had to walk through to get onto the boat and a boulder about twice the size of a cricket ball was in the water which was being carried by the waves and hit my ankle with force causing significant pain. On the return I got back into the coach with the a coach full of mainland Chinese tourists for 90 minutes to go back to the bus depot which we then got into a mini van and drove to the hotel. They picked me up at 5:50am I arrived back at the hotel at 8:30pm I want to stress the crew and staff are lovely I can’t fault them. Although management putting 40-50 people on a speedboat like cattle, the bleached coral, the rocky beach, the coach ride were all terrible. 5 stars for the crew and staff. 1 star for the island itself and the experience. If you have been to phi phi islands and James Bond you are not missing out on anything by not going here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t book any tour that puts 40-50 people on a speedboat. Other companies cap at 20 people. Also this is not an exclusively English tour as it suggested when I booked it. The whole transit was entirely Chinese and the tour boat itself was trilingual (Russian, German and English).

Thanks for the review! The Similan Islands is the most beautiful islands that you can visited from Phuket. Also Similan Islands season ending soon, thats why there is a lot of people right now trying to see they beauty before closing. For this trip ALL companies using 3 engines boats with is a maximum of 45 persons capacity and 4 engines boats with approximately 70 persons. On Similan there is no 2 engines boats with a max 25 persons cap., like at Phi Phi or James Bond islands. Also there is a sundeck on a speedboat where is a lot of space, but for some reasons people don’t wanna take a sit there, thats why it seem overcrowding inside the boat. We will continue to improve our service and wish you only the best experiences in the future.

The best trip tour on Phuket. Real pearl in Andaman sea! The crew was great! Although at first it seemed that there was too much people, the team handled us perfect. Even the buffet on Island No4 was real Thai couisine. Crew took as among first so we had the chance to see all and experience all without crowd. Best sightseeing trip in long time! Would recommend for sure!

Worth travelling the distance

Way was a great guide and she was constantly making sure that we were all ok. The food was good. We had several mini meals and snacks throughout the day. The scenery was spectacular. The snorkelling was good but my stay at the first beach, as pictured, was better. The water was so clean and clear. The 2 storey catamaran was clean and comfortable.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had on an excursion (and I have been on many). I felt trapped and tortured. The people screaming at the top of their lungs in both Thai and English CONSTANTLY (unless of course they were using the microphone or MEGAPHONE and they still screamed), telling you to go... wait, stop, stand here... wait.... don't do this... don't do that... stop wait here..... wait... The food had to be the absolute worst EVER (they offer breakfast which is not breakfast on any continent [cold bread, some rice slop and strange crackers and odd cookies [no fruit, eggs, bagels, bread, cereals, NOTHING). Cheap instant rank coffee and high sugar content strange colored (fake) "juice". But that was nothing compared to "lunch" considered a traditional Thai lunch, no no no. It was some sort of fish broth with breaded fried chicken, rice and a piece of egg omelet. A few pieces of over cooked cabbage and a single piece of well cooked completely limp and barely green broccoli. So GROSS. Yes, maybe traditional to Thai people, but not for the rest of us. Remember there are MANY excursions who actually feed you real, wholesome food. Not this place. But perhaps the worst part was their completely treacherous and dangerous and PAINFUL. driving of the Catamaran. Poor weather rolled in and instead of heeding the warning and leaving, they waited until a full storm came in and THEN PULLED OUT. But to make matters worse, they cruised at TOP SPEED into waves that slammed the boat down hard on the water and we all rose up our of our seats and then SLAMMED DOWN into our seats so hard that my back is aching. They did this, not once, not twice, but HUNDREDS OF TIMES as it if was a video game to see how many passengers they could toss overboard. IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND TOOK OVER 12 HOURS.

Der Tropf war soweit gut organisiert, Transfers undter Reiseroute sowie das Personal waren völlig in Ordnung! Leider war das Reiseziel nur ein Opfer des Massentourismus, zu viele Boote, zu viele Reisende und der Charakter eines Nationalparks war somit kaum erkennbar.

Dopo 1ora di minibus siamo arrivati al Pier dove ci han dato colazione e un antinausea. 1ora e mezza abbondante di navigazione in mare aperto con belle onde e poi visita a sue splendide isole con snorkeling e relax. Hanno servito pranzo sulla prima isola e la cena al rientro al Pier. Posto magnifico, non per chi soffre la barca. Pasti decisamente da migliorare (rispetto a altre escursioni). Servono bevande,frutta e snack per tutto il viaggio. Organizzazione impeccabile.

Excellente sortie en mer ! Nous avons vue de magnifique poissons en nombre c’était vraiment extra Petits bémols: Le manque d’espace dans le bateau les sièges étant très rapprochés et le repas du midi assez sommaire. Sinon le voyage (un peu long) en vaut vraiment le coup !

Wir hatten so netter Touren davor, dass diese Tour eine ziemliche Enttäuschung für uns war. Es ist gut organisiert, jedoch ein absoluter Massentourismus. Es waren ungefähr 500 Leute bei der Tour dabei. Das Boot war dich gedrängt und das Essen Massenabfertigung. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und wenn einen diese Massen nicht stören dann ist es auch eine schöne Tour.
