The listing promises a small-group speedboat experience, but what we actually got was nothing close. We were shoved into a line with 40+ people waiting for a huge tourist boat — completely different from what we booked and paid for. When we confronted the on-site operator, they casually told us that during “high season” they always cram everyone onto the same large boat, regardless of where you booked or how much you paid. In other words, the “small-group” promise is knowingly false. You’re paying for an experience that does not exist, and they absolutely know it. On top of that, the listing also highlighted food options (including vegan/gluten-free), but seeing how they pile everyone onto one boat, I seriously doubt any dietary needs are respected or even considered. It’s clearly a mass-tourism operation pretending to be something it isn’t. To make it worse, the agent who posted the tour was unreachable — he was apparently on the boat himself. Zero communication, zero support, zero accountability. This wasted valuable time on our short trip and left us scrambling for alternatives. Still no refund, no responsibility taken. This is a knowingly misleading listing. Viator should remove it immediately. Do NOT book this tour.

That day our boat actually departed with around ten passengers below its official capacity. The port you visited is a large central marina, and naturally there are many boats and many passengers from different companies departing from the same place. This does not mean that all those people belong to one boat or one operator. We also answered your phone call, but due to weak signal at the pier, the audio quality was very poor. We even asked you to send an email so we could resolve any concerns clearly and properly. Unfortunately, you chose not to do so. Your request for a refund is completely unreasonable, especially considering that all arrangements—including the meal that was prepared for you—were organized in advance. Judging the service based solely on assumptions, without even joining the trip, is not fair. The marina being busy during high season is absolutely normal and is not an indication of any problem with our tour. Our boat was below capacity, operated as described, and all services were fully prepared for you.

Sea angel pier was chaotic. Hotel transit was not managed well. The vans used and driver were not professional. Didn't have time for breakfast.

La seule chose sympa de cette journée c'est le staff (ils sont adorables) Sinon, vous passez 50% de votre journée dans la cale d'un bateau sans visibilité pendant le trajet, 2 arrêts de 2 min pour prendre une photo si vous vous tassez avec 25 personnes dans un triangle de 1 m2 à l'avant (seul endroit du bateau où l'on aperçoit la mer) La visite du lagon n'est pas possible sauf si vous payez en supplément un bateau à longue queue (dont le prix pour 45 min est aussi cher que la journée complète) Quand aux spots de baignade, ils pullulent de bateaux ce qui ne donne vraiment pas envie vue l'odeur de gasoil Ah oui, j'oubliais l'arrêt de 45 min pour aller voir "la plage" c'est le temps qu'il faut pour faire l'aller retour dans une file d'attente digne d'eurodisney un jour férié... En bref, nul !
