Make your own way to the meeting point at Rassada Port in the south of Phuket Town 30 minutes before scheduled departure, or enjoy a convenient pickup service from your hotel in Phuket Town, Patong, Tri Trang, Kata, Karon, Chalong, Rawai and Nai Harn located near the main road if you have booked the hotel pickup option. If you are staying on the hill, you have to come to a nearby hotel. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Pickup times per zone: • Chalong Beach: 08:00 - 08:15 • Karon Beach: 07:15 - 07:30 • Kata Beach: 07:15 - 07:30 • Nai Harn Beach: 07:15 - 07:30 • Patong Beach: 07:15 - 07:30 • Phuket Town: 08:15 - 08:30 • Rawai Beach: 07:15 - 07:30

Easy, beautiful trip

This was listed as a 2hr ferry trip. But it was a tour to Phi Phi. We passed the pier & stopped to see Maya bay (from outside the bay), then circled that island slowly before making or way back to Ton Sai pier. We weren’t upset about it because we had the time, but it wasn’t what we thought we were getting either. Another couple we talked to thought it was a tour with 7 stops. That all said, the scenery was beautiful & the boat was comfortable (we paid the extra 200B each to sit in the air conditioned space).

The uniqueness of the trip is that it takes a detour to show Maya Bay (although it is shown from far) get down from instead of directly taking you from one pier to another. Most of the ferries just directly rush from one pier to another.

Great transfer

Everything but getting off at the end was great. Not sure how that could be resolved though. A/c worked great and had snacks for purchase and coffee and coke for free. Would definitely use again.

Dirty ferry

The boat was very dirty. Inside the boat you were freezing. It had a delayed departure. We arrived half-hour later.

Took longer than necessary. Thought the ferry left at 8:30 but it was after 9 am. Good thing as pickup from hotel was late then had several stops and we didn’t get to the pier until after 8:30. Ferry then did a brief sightseeing stop before arriving. Expected to head straight to the destination.

The pick up was VERY PROMPT’! Took us directly to the pier - there the agent had our tickets ! Loaded our luggage on the ferry and found a great seat! I would recommend this service to anyone ! Took the worry out of being In A foreign country , !

Hm.... what should I say ? It's supposed to be an express transfer from Phuket to the Phi Phi Islands by high speed ferry and the duration should be around 90 minutes. However, it turned out that the ferry was not a high speed one but a regular ferry which took 2 hours from Phuket to Tonsai Bay alone, excluding hotel pick up time. I wonder if I had got on a wrong ferry because there were many ferries at the pier. It was an enjoyable ride though, but not what I had expected in terms of speed.

hat alles bestens geklappt. Abholung bis zur Ankunft. Bloß mit den Koffern auf dem Schiff ist verbesserungswürdig, da jeder Passagier dann persönlich in den Keller über Stufen und durch die Menschenmenge, die drängelt, muß!
