For the pickup location Phuket Deep Sea Port, drivers are required to pay an additional THB 200 to enter the port to pick up guests. From now on, if guests need pickup at this address, an extra THB 200 per group will be charged. For the return trip, the drop-off can only be at the security gate of Phuket Deep Sea Port. The vehicle is not allowed to enter the port area. It only takes a few minutes’ walk from the security gate to the boarding point inside the port. Please also note that due to Phuket Songkran traffic restrictions on April 12, 13, and 14, transfers (private or shared) cannot reach hotels in the following areas: Patong, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Laguna, Layan, and Thalang. Guests affected by this restriction will be dropped off at Malin Plaza Patong.

Relaxing activity. Loved sitting on the catamaran nets with sun and sea. Much better than a speedboat. visited 2 islands. Coral island banana beach would have been nice if not for jelly fish season. Tour had designated sitting area on the beach. Enjoyed the long swimming time on Racha island where boat anchored and others snorkeled. Water was crystal clear. Did not go to the beach since it involved a short dingy ride that would have taken time out from swimming. Our guide Bibi was very nice and helpful . The arranged transport to and from hotel was well organized.

Snorkeling sights were very good. Onboard lunch was excellent. Water, sodas and fruits were provided during the trip. The small group on board was a plus. Would recommend.

Not a lot to see while snorkeling. The long, long, floating dock to Coral Island beach was very difficult to walk on; it moves up and down with every wave and wake from every boat. Happy there were only about 20 passengers. Staff/crew was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive — especially Aiu. She was so patient and helpful. Beautiful day on the water, but not a noteworthy snorkeling experience.

Beware of needing passport details and dangerous pontoon and hordes people

Chaotic at chalong pier cafe as they then ask you fill in form for each member of party including passport number . Why did they not ask for this info when you booked? You needed WiFi which didn’t work then it wouldn’t submit as guide said too many people trying do it so at security control a lot had to be just let through . Also the long floating pontoon at Banana beach was incredibly dangerous. A lot of people fell down with the waves making it go up and down a long way. Most of our boat party had to sit down waiting to get on boat as couldn’t stand. Also the number of people there was ridiculous hordes. The lunch was poor. The guide was very helpful girl and the sea crossing were great but wouldn’t do it again for the above reasons

Due to recent port regulations and upgrades at Chalong Pier, all visitors are now required to complete a registration form, including passport information, which has caused some delays and inconvenience. Regarding the floating pier at Banana Beach, since most boats cannot dock directly to avoid running aground, passengers must board via the floating pier, which also involves queuing. Overall a pleasant tour with a nice guide. In retrospect it would be better to spend more time at Banana beach then at Racha Island which is totally overcrowded and not a nice place for swimming or snorkeling as there too many boats coming and going.

It was a relaxing day. The guides were lovely. The beaches they took us to were beautiful! The hammock seating at the front was very comfortable. The water slide was really fun when we stopped for swimming and snorkelling. The lunch was pretty good; not too heavy which was good considering swimming. There are no alcoholic drinks on the boat. May have been nice at the end to have some as I found the fishing part a bit boring and long although others might have liked it. When we arrived near the port there was some free time which should be eliminated. There is nothing to do around there. We walked up and down street. seemed like a waste of time.

Nice catamaran, comfortable. We were only 15 people which was very appreciable. Coral island has amazing corals and fishes to snorkel with. For Racha island it was to deep to really snorkel, more appropriate for activities such as sliding, paddling or kayaking. Lunch was ok + delicious pineapple and watermelon all along the journey. The guides was very helpful. I wish they could talk to us more about the island, the differences between the islands etc.

A fantastic, well-run tour — highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out on the water! The tour was very well organised from start to finish. From the smooth hotel pick-up, friendly introductions, and clear safety briefings to the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including snorkelling, swimming, canoeing, using the onboard water slide, and a delicious buffet lunch. The smaller group size and the excellent, friendly crew made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. The only small suggestion would be to include a short reminder during the briefing about sharing the front seating area fairly. Unfortunately, one couple occupied it for the entire day while others took turns, which was a bit inconsiderate.

Perfect day out

It was amazing, just picture perfect. We got to see banana beach, Rachi island. We did snorkelling and kayaying. We swam in the sea did a bit of fishing. It was a perfect family day. We had our little one with us who is 19 months. The boat was great and smooth. Not too fast he had his post lunch time nap. Just such a lovely day out and we will cherish it for ever. Can’t highly recommend at all

We had an amazing day travelling on the Aeolus catamaran. It was very relaxing watching the ocean and scenery pass by. Coral and Racha Yai Islands were lovely with plenty of sea life to explore while snorkelling. The crew were amazing assisting people on and off the craft and helping passengers fish off the catamaran on the return trip. Many colourful fish were caught as well as one ugly puffer fish 🐡 Our guide Aiu was a wonderful host making sure we were well taken care of and ensuring we had the perfect day. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
