A lot of waiting before the boat left, decent katamaran, good lunch, friendly personell. 1,5 hours after the boat came to shore I was delivered at the hotel. Which is a lot.

An amazing trip , well organised however the health & safety of getting on & off the different boats needs to be addressed. Not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues .

Nope - this is not the one guys

There are 2 types of Boats in the pictures: 1 is a big boat with cabana beds and sun loungers - the other is a basic out-of-date catamaran. We got the 2nd boat -- and there was nothing "luxury" whatsoever about this experience. The boat felt and looked dirty, with no towels of toilet paper in the bathroom. There were 10 of us total and about 10 staff in addition. That felt like wayyy to many staff, especially given that it was just the 2 girls who were actually assisting us on the boat & during the shore excursion to the James Bond island. Everyone else did absolutely NOTHING. The MALE staffers (not including the driver) were actually RUDE AF. Barking commands at us, shoving lifejackets in our faces and sandwich boxes in our hands. You could barely hear the announcements about the islands and when you asked them to repeat, they gave you puzzled looks. I hated every second of it.

You have called out the staff, the boat (which we do not agree), as this is a catamaran as per the title. There is only one catamaran picture in the website? You have complained about the food, and the day BUT at no point have you said to the staff that you were unhappy. You have only mentioned this AFTER you are back. We do not like complaints or sad customers BUT we want to hear your views on the day so we can work this out. If you were this unhappy we would have sent you back to shore with a full refund. Please do speak up next time as this is a lot of hearsay but we have 6 great compliments on the day you went. Thanks, Paul

We were so disappointed to miss this trip. We were not contacted with pick up time at our hotel. The morning of event we were contacted saying we missed our pick up and we were still charged. We were so disappointed to miss this event and extra hard as we still had to pay for it. Expensive outing to miss, especially after anticipating it for so long.

Incredible trip!

Incredible trip! We are so glad we went for the catamaran option. The boat was amazing and meant that all the time on the boat was just as enjoyable as the trips off the boat. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was delicious, particularly the lunch. There were loads of alcoholic drinks to choose from and all soft drinks were free. The trips off the boat were fantastic, especially the canoeing around Hong island and in the caves. Our paddler was so lovely and made the experience even better. The boat was amazing and there was lots of room and sun beds. Would absolutely do this trip again - it was a real highlight of our trip. Thank you to all of the fantastic staff who helped to make it such a wonderful day!

Such a great tour! I was a little skeptical because the size of the group was about 90 people. But the boat is so large that you don’t feel cramped at all and there is more than enough food and drinks to go around! The views were beautiful, the islands were great, and Coco and Becky were the best guides. I would gladly book this tour again tomorrow!!

Great experience, including with 3 & 6 year old kids (small life vests available). The boat staff were great, the roomy, assigned tables were perfectly relaxing and no-stress, and the additional common seats on two levels were perfect. The activities at each stop were wonderful, and the lunch was great, including the vegetarian meal by request.
