Our guide, Mr. Soon, was prompt and courteous. He gave us his recommendations about what to see and do, and were not disappointed. He offered a stop at the Tiger Park on the way up to the Big Buddha, and we really enjoyed our encounters with the tigers. All in all, a great day in Phuket.

We plan our Shore Days so that we can see or do as much as possible within the limited time. Our great Driver, Mr. Soon, was excellent at helping us maximize our day in Phukett. Wow! I gave him a general list of items to see from the Viator Activity information. He took it from there. We saw everything on the list, many scenic points, beaches, the best temple in Phukett, shopping areas and went to a fantastic restaurant for lunch. At each place, Mr. Soon would tell us why this was an important place and ask if we would like to spend some time. This allowed us to choose how we wanted to spend our day. We thought we would eat some quick lunch until he suggested (only suggested) a local restaurant near the Big Buddha. We preferred that opportunity and went to it. The food was amazing AND the view was of the entire city and the beach. It was so lovely and ended up being the highlight of the day. His English was good and very helpful as we had many questions about the area and the country. This van was very comfortable. It was a lovely day!

We had a wonderful time. Our driver, Tien, was our personal bodyguard, tour guide. She took great care of us. She asked what we were interested in and she gave recommendations, as well. It was well worth the experience.

Excellent tour. The driver, Mr. Wongsak Boonkong, picked us up on time at the airport. We were spending just a day at Phuket and wanted to maximize our time there and we got to do that. Mr. Boonkong took us to almost all the beaches in Phuket - both ones he recommended and the ones we were curious about. He took us to the popular viewpoints. He also took us to a vegetarian restaurant in Phuket town. It was a very satisfying trip. He also dropped us back at the airport.
If you have just a day to scope out Phuket, I strongly recommend arranging for a private tour with viator with a car and a local driver

Driver was prompt and friendly. Vehicle was adequately sized with good A/C.
Driver/guide had limited English skills (we have zero Thai skills) but we asked for an English guide.
We saw about 2/3 of locations on itinerary. One was closed for renovation (fair enough) but guide said others were too far.
Basically, we hit a couple of viewing locations and s couple beaches and a few temples.
All in all an OK experience but nothing special.

Mr Soon is a wonderful driver/guide with a comfortable Toyota HiAce suitable for 2 - 8 people. He is extremely obliging, interesting & knowledgeable. Our 6 hour tour covered most of northern Phuket Island in air-conditioned comfort. Consider ourselves lucky as we doubt we could have found a better guide.

I booked this tour for my first day in Phuket. My driver was Mr. Soon. When I tell you this was the BEST experience. First, he pulled up in a luxury van, just for me. But he was able to modify my day as I wanted and he made great suggestions along the way. in total I spent 6 hours with him, including a stop a a cute beachside restaurant for lunch. The amount of history and knowledge I gain along our journey was priceless. He also took the best phots for me! PLEASE ask for Soon if you book this tour and you will not regret it!

Our tour guide was phenomenal and went above and beyond. She was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to all the important places to see in phuket. We had a great time. Our Driver/Guide, Mr. Soon, did a wonderful job showing us his beautiful island. You really need to get out of the Patong area to experience it. He picked us up from the pier, on time, and took us all around.

There were so many memorable moments in our day with Soon, our driver. We covered more than we had our sights set on. Soon was very flexible and accommodating to our groups varied interests. He’s quite knowledgeable and spoke clear English.

There was no tour guide...more of a driver...overall took us wherever we wanted....will have to shell a bit extra per hour if you need to check all to do destinations

To start of with, we had a great time for the majority of the day doing this tour in Phuket with our tour guide and got to see some incredible sights with our tour guide/bus driver.
However after having a great time, right at the end he randomly expected us to tip him more twice the amount we was going to tip him (on top of paying for this already of course), due to him apparently going over the 'agreed time' (which he never told us of this in all our time with him beforehand), the funny thing is that he was trying to get us to stay on the tour longer and suggested more places that we could go to with him!
This really disappointed and frustrated us as the tour guide here seemed to be very nice and not someone that would look to take advantage of tourists. Unfortunately we was wrong in the end so we can't recommend this tour due to our experience here.

At the tour description clearly stated that this is 6-hour Customized tour and each extra hour will be cost additional 300 THB/hour. And because this is private customized tour you control timing and decide how long to spend at each location, not our guide. Our guide tried to make this day as good as possible for you and as you said he was succeeded.

Mr.Panoporn is an amazing driver .He took good care of my Parents and I on our customized tour. We wanted lunch at Tu Khao Kab in Phuket Town,Tour of Big Buddah and Chapong Wat . He toldus the history,played Thai Music and explained it to us.
We are booking again with them for a Phi Phi Island Tour! Please request Mr.Panoporn you won't regret it.

Frau. HO, unser driver-guide holte uns pünktlich am Hefen ab und zeigte uns weit über die vereinbarte Zeit hinaus die Sehenswürdigkeiten Phukets. Frau HO ist sehr nett und freundlich und ihr Kleinbus sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
