Contrary to other people's opinions, the attitude is quite incorrect. The program was 5 hours, of which 1.5 hours was on the water on a jet ski. The rest of the waits were 1-1, a total of 5 very dirty and trash-filled islands, where everything was for money, food and drinks... In these places, the tour guides rolled cigarettes and blew smoke at us, they were really unnecessary. We waited and waited, this really spoils the experience. The seasidoo 1630 cc jet ski itself was very good and powerful, the two of us went and took turns changing gears and our max speed was 75km/h, which was really good, of course, as soon as we enjoyed it, they told us that the gas costs a lot (30 bath/liter) which is a joke when it's $268.57/jet ski for 2 people. The landscape was beautiful, I really liked it. We had a blast on the water, pushing our own laps.

Guides were very friendly and clear with instructions. All they asked was for you to follow two simple instructions. Part of my group were being stupid and not listening resulting in them almost being kicked off the tour. But because of this my large group turned into a small group which was a lot more quiet and relaxing. Plenty of time riding the Jetski’s and definitely worth your money compared to the 15-30min rental Jetski’s you see on the beach

The beautiful water. The isolation. It was just us and our guide. The cool, clear water when we got out to swim. Monkey island. The peacefulness. No crowds. The sun shrouded by clouds. If our guide was fluent in English the day would have been perfect. We had some questions but because we don’t speak Thai and our guide spoke minimal English communication was challenged.

Moving from an island to another is something that I always dreamed about it.
Doing that with Jetski is amazing, one downside is that the staff was not so friendly, they kept asking us to move faster, also they kept taking pictures even though I asked them to not to.

If you thrive on ambiguity, are good at piecing information together, and can find humor when things go wrong, this is the tour for you. Also, if you take this trip, make sure you’re not afraid of being alone in the ocean for a while until help comes if you break down. Make sure others in the group know you exist and can flag the guides if you’re missing.
The Good:
-Actually jet skiing to the islands was wonderful.
-The islands chosen weren’t too crowded.
-Being on the water at sunset was beautifully fantastic.
-Lunch was tasty (once I found out where it was).
-I felt listened to when I voiced The Bad below to the trip coordinator post trip.
The Bad:
-Communication was not very clear during the trip; the guides scattered at the main lunch stop (How long are we at the island for? Where is lunch? Where can we find you if we have questions? MAKE SURE TO PROACTIVELY ASK THESE QUESTIONS.)
-The only water that was given was one bottle at lunch.
-The jet ski compartments for your belongings were not waterproof/they stuck ropes in the doors so they would not close completely shut. (I’m not sure if this is typical or not.)
-3 of 7 jet skis broke down. That’s NOT counting mine and another person’s whose jet skis would not go straight at the last part of the trip. They replaced 2 of the 3 that broke down, but the guides had to double up with the customer on them.
-The guides led at the front and didn’t look back to make sure we were okay. We had to alert them of the broken down jet skis in the back of the group as we were very separated from them since they sped away from us.
-There was no guide trailing the group. They did put someone in the back after we asked, but he had to double up with another customer on the same jet ski.
If you’re lucky enough to have a jet ski that doesn’t break down and/or don't mind waiting for a replacement to come in; are a competent jet skier who won’t be left in the dust to get lost in the back; and will proactively gather details about your stops, etc., you’ll have an excellent time.

Many thanks for the honest review we appreciate the feed back, the good, the bad and the ugly :) its the only way we learn. I remember your day we had some unruly guests on the tour who the guides were struggling to control, which meant they didn't pay enough attention to you and some of the other guests on the tour. I am really sorry about that, thats not the norm, we normally get rave reviews about the way the guides are. its the first time in 5 years i have been selling this tour that we had some guests who just wouldn't listen and caused all kinds of headaches for the guides. About the ropes they are used for docking the jets they need to be in the compartment or they get tangled. Its not a typical day for one jet to break down let alone 3, there can be issues if they go over debris, i think maybe the problem here is we have gone from no customers for 2 years to being overwhelmed and the guides maybe need to pay more attention to the jets maintenence or more training to new guests who have not rode before to avoid break downs, i will look into that one as well. Like i say they are just finding there feet again after 2 years of sat doing nothing we can only get better. I think i mentioned to you i dont get to go out on the tours, so its good to get feed back and i always talk with the guides about it and look for ways to improve and i am going to get out myself when things calm down a bit and make sure its run correctly. The tour operator messaged the night before the tour at 9:30 PM asking to change the tour time from 12:30 PM to 7:45 AM. Given how trip planning this was already very poor communication and not possible, since we had planned to do other things. On top of that the morning of the tour I was not feeling well, I asked the tour operator for a refund and he refused. Then I agreed to go on the tour because I would not get a refund. However, I felt worse and worse throughout the day and ultimately cancelled. The tour operator would not refund me. If you have a packed itinerary or may get sick on your vacation do NOT book this tour. This operator has a bad attitude and poor communication. He repeatedly ignored my phone calls and tried to change details at the last minute with no prior warning.

Here we go exactly what you threatened. The world i am afraid doesnt revolve around you, """I’m going to give you a bad rating on Viator if you don’t refund me. You have very poor last minute communication. Additionally I am cancelling the trip.""" Telling me your going give me a bad review for basically nothing. I messaged you the day before asking if you wanted go earlier as the guides had told me the weather was better, just an ask and you didn't have to change the time, i was clear on that. And i messaged later that night and said it was too late to change and we kept the time we agreed on prior. On the day you called me and asked if you could get a refund because you didn't feel well. Let me check i requested, then message me you wanted to go now, ok we back on then you asked what time does the tour finish. When i told you you, you then said its too late and you had covid wanted to cancel again. I asked for you to be patient and let me look into it, about 10 x you tried to call me while i was on the phone to other people sorting their tours out. Like i say the world does not resolve totally around you. You should have been patient, then you send me that message threatening me if i dont refund, you will give me a bad review, thats basically blackmail, which is something i wont bend to You need to learn some patience you would get along better in this world, this whole conversation lasted about 15 minutes didn't even give me chance to call driver check with the pier before giving me the threats. You cannot go around blackmailing people and expect a good result. I have been doing this 5 years spent 20 years in cs i bend over backwards for people if you check reviews out on other platforms like ABNB etc i have hundreds of reviews 99 percent positive but i cannot please everyone all the time. I will take any bad review on the chin. I hope you learned a lesson you cannot scream and shout at people on the phone, threaten them with bad reviews to get your own way. I never once said i would not refund i said i needed to check, i cannot check things in 10 minutes when i have other guests to sort out, especially at 8am in the morning our busiest time.

Great trip! They take you to a number of small and decent-sized islands, including Monkey Island. Just don’t get too close or let them near your stuff. They’re smart enough to open the jet ski storage compartments and take stuff.
Guides are easy to understand, and the jet skis are great. Definitely wear water shoes and take a waterproof mobile or camera holder.
