Our guide, Sarah, was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and clearly cares deeply about the elephants. Throughout the tour she shared the rescue stories of each elephant, their personalities, and how they came to live safely at the park. Hearing those stories made the experience so much more meaningful.
Getting to meet the elephants up close, take photos with them, and watch them interact naturally was unforgettable. You can really tell the team here prioritizes the elephants’ wellbeing while also educating visitors about conservation and ethical care.

A lovely walk in the jungle with some beautiful elephants, while learning about them feom a very informative guide. We were very happy to support the Bukit Elephant Sanctuary.

Unfortunately our pick up arrived late (11:20) and we missed the first part of the tour so had to run to catch up. It was great to see the elephants in a natural environment and they appeared to well cared for. The guide had good English and gave great information.
We did the 1.5 hour tour only. It was very informative and interactive and we enjoyed the experience. Something you must do when visiting Thailand.
This tour was a great experience, we have a toddler and we were able to watch, feed and walk with the elephants. We heard about their stories and were able to pat some and have some photos. It’s a fantastic sanctuary and we would highly recommend it to anyone
10/10⭐️✨ We LOVED this experience so much!!!! I was very careful to pick an ethical sanctuary and this one 100% lived up to my expectations. We got to see 7 beautiful elephants that were rescued from bad conditions. It was such a beautiful setting and you could tell the elephants were so well taken care of and loved by the staff. Go to this place!!
Very ethical Elephant sanctuary. Our tickets are how they fund it! Support them. Don't book tours where you can bath them as this stresses them out. This one is very caring for their elephants and saved them. Also lots of opportunities for pictures

A true joy to discover this rescue sanctuary for adult elephants; going there means contributing to these rescues, it is something else entirely than participating in their suffering for the pleasure of riding them; we just give them a few bananas, we can take photos while respecting their privacy, and we can admire them, certainly not in total freedom, but without shackles or harnesses.
